Here's a little something I thought I would share with everyone.  This excerpt was found in one of the newspapers on campus called the Golden Words. 

The Care Bears:
10 Years Later

They were cute, they were cuddly, where are they now?

Bedtime Bear
Confined to a mental institution with insomnia

Birthday Bear
Suffers from amnesia and relies on Facebook to remind him of upcoming birthdays

Friend Bear
Got kicked out of Care-A-Lot for having a torrid love affair with the Cloud Keeper.  Maintains to this day that they were and are "just friends".

Funshine Bear and Tender-Heart Bear
Play ER doctors on the critical acclaimed Fox drama "Intensive Care Bears."

Good-Luck Bear
Took his name too seriously and put his life savings on "Black 21".  Words as an exam proctor.

Grumpy Bear
After years of expensive therapy it was determined that the root cause of his "grumpiness" was a combination of sexual frustration and never winning the care bear of the month award.  He now happily lives with his partner in a cabin in the woods where they make and sell scented candles.

Secret Bear
Joined the Navy Seals and does covert word behind enemy lines.  Earned the Congressional Medal of Honor for his unparalleled ability to hold up under the most intensive interrogation techniques.  He's missing 6 toenails and suffers from night terrors.

Love-A-Lot Bear
Got kicked out of Care-a-Lot after using his care-bear stare for nefarious purposes that were adversely affecting the caring meter.  Later got picked up on charges of voyeurism.

Wish Bear
Drowned in a wishing well while attempting to recover the hundreds of dollars worth of pennies he had tossed in over the years.  Between his waterlogged fur and the sheer mass of the pennies, it was no contest.

Baby Hugs and Baby Tugs
Escaped from daycare, met up with their cousin Baby Rubs and started a massage parlour in Saigon called "Hugs, Tugs, Rubs".  On the weekend, they're strippers in a dynamic new show called the "Care Bares."  It is always well attended.

Share Bear
Shares a jail cell after "sharing" her sawed off 4/10 shotgun with a terrified bank clerk during a robbery.

Brave Heart Lion
Never really accepted the fact that he was always seen as "only" a Care-Bear-Cousin and forced to reside in the Forest of Feelings.  Depression ensued, he stopped answering "Cousin Calls" and he ultimately overdoes on a massive amount of cocaine that ironically stopped his heart.
