i just got back from vacation.so that is why i havent updated :[ so now im starting back up again. and since i prolly gained at least 2 pounds over vacation..im doing 300 cals or less.and if i go over at all.im going to fast the next day and work out a lot.

i messed up on my points yesterday.lol.as all of you so kindly reminded me of.today was a good day so far i think ?

B- nothing =]

L- homeade veggie soup, with may dressing (235 cals )

D- nothing

S- nothing so far

Workout- 40 minutes stair climber (200 cals burned)
lifting 5 pound weights for 10 minutes (30 calories burned)
20 crunches/pushups/jumping jacks (100 calories burned)
core secrets video tape for 1 hour ( 250 calories burned)

ok today was a really good day for me. im starting to realize that i will look better with out the fat i have on my stomach.

B- 5 grapes, 8oz. water

L- 5 strips perdue chicken (90 cal) 1 tbsp mayo (20 cal) 2 pieces hearty white bread (110 x2 cal) glass of water

D- 1 slice home made meatloaf made with turkey meat (130 cal) water and noodle-veggie combo (100 cal)

S- grapes and cantalope

WorkOut- stair climber ( 100 cal burned) shopping for 2 hours (450 cals burned)

today i was in the dressingroom at hollister and i lookes at my self and wanted to punch the mirror..its so sick.the next time i go to that store im going to look in the mirror and be like " hey sexy "..i just have to get there.

i need some tips if any one is willing.

ok well today i was looking around on some xanga sites.and i came across a girl who was part of this ana challange.i was looking at my self and realized im fat.so i joined the challange, and now im waiting for the girl to get back to me.

tomorrow im fasting and working out as much as possible..i want to loose as much wieght as possible this week.and im going to keep going. by august 31 i want to weigh 100 or less.

i think i can do this.not eating a lot..and burning more calories than i eat. i think this will be a good thing for me. and i will be able to learn self control.
