As far as new layouts go - I have been working on a summer '06 theme. In here you will find palms and bright colors. Think oranges, pinks, limes, and turquoises.

Summer '06
Just a quick sidenote, these layouts use DIV layering, and as such your blog position will move as your internet window changes sizes. For the best results, manually size your window so that the blog text area lines up with the designated space. Play around with it, you'll see what I mean. [Tip - the background should just touch the borders of the internet window on all sides except for the right - there will be a small border on the right [it's for a scrollbar.] ]
