| oogah! oogah! blagh blagh!
.....that's all i have to say
wow, i haven't updated in so long...look at all of these new entry options..
at any rate...my life isn't worth blogging at the moment...sorry to waste your time
| no bueno | | |
| Yeah....so it's like 4:30 in the morning, and all i have to say is...I feel a change coming on...but i dunno what, how or when...
any ideas you'd like to contribute to this cause to get the ball rolling???
| My procrastination knows no end...supposed to be doing alot of reading and researching...but i'd rather not.
Went home this thursday and Friday, it was nice, even though i didn't really do anything but lay around with the family and went to the movies with tai. We saw The Longest Yard...it was good. i Adam Sandler and his egg-shaped head. Reminds me of my bartening instructor . I really miss bartending school..hehe. It was so much fun! but moving on, it was a pretty good two days at home. I went to UH with linda and her bf to shoot some pool and play this really really really addicting game called Photo Hunt...i sucked at both, though . I got to see Lilo and Stitch (Amanda and Megan..hehe). I miss those two kiddos. Megan is so freaken talkative for a 3 yr old.
I was supposed to go hang out with some friends from home, but two of them weren't home, the other i couldn't get a hold of, and one was tired/lazy...so going home now entails never really seeing any friends, but just family. Which is alright because a family's love and care is much deeper and truer than any friend's love could be. As much as I'd like to keep in touch with my friends from town and stay as close to them as I used to be, I find that it gets harder and harder with each passing year...and the saying that "you find all your true real long lasting friends in college" starts to take over. And it's sad because I basically grew up with the friends from home, and i want continue to keep in touch with them, but it's hard...but it could be because i don't put enough effort into it myself...yeah...i think that could be it, too.
But anyways, i'm tired, and i'm dreading all this school and "working" business that i have to do everyday...i wish it was elementary school summer days again...where we did NOTHING! that was so grrreat!
OOoOoooh yeah!!! I FINALLY watched The Notebook. Such a good love story...man! It made me cry...love is such a powerful wonderful thing, once you find it and for the right person and reasons. Good movie, though linda says that I should read the book because it's even better...i guess i could do that...one day. Until then, J'attends mon amour pour venir.
Welp, i'm tired, gonna go take a nap now! have a good week ya'll!
| I came upon this during church today. It kind of goes with my previous entry.
"Neither this man nor his parents sinned," said Jesus, "but this happened so that the work of God might be displayed in his life. As long as it is day, we must do the work of Him who sent me." - John 9:3-4
that's all for now, folks... ...plus some random pics !
