wow!! it has been a long time since i have updated......not to much has been going on, i am down to 114!! but i kinda binged this afternoon, but i went all day yesterday with no food.......but only because i took adderall which realllly slows you down, so you dont feel like eating...my mom baught a treadmill(sp?) a few weeks ago, but she only lets me run on it if i eat a big meal after i run....which sux..
alriiiiiight......so i heard somewhere that when you go a long time with no food then if you eat your body just stores it as fat...but if you eat fruits it wont, it will just use it up as energy really quickley..is that true??

SooOOoo today is my aunts b-day party.....my cousin called me(she is ana also) and she said that the cake is not too bad for a sugar free one, and that they are going to make soy burgers, and lots of fried veggies(my aunt is a diabetic health nut) so maby i wont gain 5 zillion pounds like i normally do at partys. k well got to go get ready, i will comment later!
i did OK today...i was doing great durring lunch and then...my hunger got the best of me and i had a chicken wrap, and half a sugar cookie.... so right now i am dirnking as much water as possible so i feel so sick and cant even think about eating. i ordered a new shirt today it is pretty much the BEST!!...it says 'Break Dance not Hearts' pete wentz from fob wears it a lot....
so my aunts birthday is on saturday, but i am not too worried about this party, because she is a diabetic, so like everything is sugar free and low fat, so i might even get a pice of cake for the first time in almost 2 months... thx for the comments!!

so i am super sorry i have not been updating, i am in all new classes so that has pretty much been a stress overload! i have been doing very well lately, i lost 5 pounds last week, and i am going for another 5 this week.....me and my friends did go to wendys after school, but i just had a small salad-and that is all i have had to eat since sunday night. i have also been working out a lot more.... down to a size 3, but i still want to be at a size 1 by the end of February..
DAMN! my mom made me eat dinner tonight, i had a bowl of salad, steak, green beans, and corn on the cob...and i got my flu shot today, so my arm is really sore, so i cant do anything with my weights tonight. but i guess i can still work on my abs and do wall sits. i was watching 'True Life-I want a perfect body' on MTV and i herd some good quotes... (this one is talking about working out)"...i should be tired right now, but whatever, i just need to shut my mouth and do it" and "everyday is another day closer" But yea i got moved to another biology class, and i sit next to this guy named jacob, he is reallllly cute, so i will have to see if i can get any kind of relationship with him...
