| Just had dinner, had a heinz 98% fat free meal - mashed potato, onion and beans approx 240 cals, could be less because I didn't eat the chicken & carrots that came with it.
So far I have done 30 minutes on my exercise bike, currently as I type I am into my 2nd half to make it up to an hour....
Will do some toning exercises later too....here is a dorky pic of me from the weekend....

| 103.8 again.... I binged at breakfast :( Had 2 x teaspoons of nutella, Sandwich toasted with butter, cheese & mayo and a chocolate brownie....
At work I had an apple and a small pack of crackers, for dinner I will have a low cal pasta meal.....I hope I don't gain :(

| Today's intake:
1 x Weight Watchers Ginger Biscuit Half an apple 1 x BBQ Chicken Cup-A-Soup - 122 cals 1 x Pasta Meal - approx 230 cals
Pretty happy with that, stayed around 500 cals.
Exercise - so far have done 30 minutes on my exercise bike, will do my toning exercises later and will update again.
I am so sick of the constant comments at work about my weight, no a day goes by when I don't get one. Today it was - Oh Soup is not lunch Bec, ummmmm yea for me it is.....honestly it is so frustrating.
