| Sorry I haven't beenon in awhile. I've been grounded. Still am. But atleast I got my computer and my phone back. And I'm finally aloud to go out at my dad's place tonight. But I can't leave the house at my mom's place. I can have people over at my mom's butI can't leave the house till mid September after my court date. Yes, I said court. I got busted. BIG time. Well... here's what went down:
Me and a few of my friends were at our friend Eric's house. And this kid Sean, who is a friend of Tizzle's, showed up with vodka. So yeah... we all drank some and shit. My best friend Teri was sober and decided that we should go to her place. So Josh drove us all there (me, teri,tizzle, mike, sean, and himself) and we all hung out in her driveway. I have a black eye. Yep... I'll tell you about that real quick. Me and tizzle were sitting in teri's driveway and we were joking around and I guess I told her to punch me. Sooo she did. Yeah, nowI have a black eye. whoo hoo. It was funny at the time. Still kinda is haha. ANYWHO! Back to the story. So we were chilling in her driveway and teri's mom came outside and saw sean passed out so she called the cops and all that jazz. So mike was trying to get me to the park so that I wouldn't get in trouble but I fell over in the grass and the cops came to get me. So yeah... they showed up and they did the whole thing to see how much alcohol I had in my system. The legal limit is like .08 I had like 1.18 in my system. So yeah... I got busted. I had to go to the station the next day and I got in trouble. Gotta go to court in mid September. My friend got in trouble for the same thing as me and had to pay like fucking $350 and had to do community service and was on probabtion for like 5 months. So I'm prolly going to get the same thing. Fucking sucks. This is my 2nd timegoing to court. First time was for "Possesion Of Tabacco Under The Age Of 18" and this time it's for fucking "Consumption Of Alcohol Under The Age Of 21" God, fucking 16 years old and I already got a Mug Shot and Fingerprinted and had to go to Juvie!! Pft... fuck that shit.

| yay!!!! Sorry i've been gone for awhile. I've been with teri, josh, thang, kris, and mike. =]
YAY!!! Me and teri got our stuff. mmmhmmm =] yummy. Bryan got them for us. yep yep.
me, thang, josh,teri, and kris have been hanging out this whole week and then they would all come to my place and stay till late at night. fun stuff... yesterday me and teri went swimming in my backyard at like 11:45 or 12 and everyone watched and laughed at us cuz we had our clothes on. It was fun. We went to josh's and mike's and everything.
I've also been talking to mikey a lot lately. I'm glad too cuz we haven't been talking that much lately.=] I missed him and I'm glad we are talking again..kinda like we used to =D
but josh, thang, and kris are here. We're going out for coffee. COFFEE AND CIGGS!!!!

| yayayayya!!!!!!! I'm going to see Teri in a few minutes!!! I haven't seen her in like 3 weeks! Oh, how I miss her!!!! We gonna walk around and uh.. yeah. ciggys, ciggys, ciggys!!! And yeah!!! hahaha. I'm exctited. We're gonna act liek total losers cuz thats what happens when we don't see eachother for a few days. Let alone like 3 weeks!!!!

whatever. she said that she can't follow me around 24/7 to make sure i dont do it. She said that she cant stop me, as long as i dont do it in or around her or the house. -shrugs-
