As the rain began to fall

The lonely girl slowly began to cry

For when her love said i love you

It was all just a silly lie.

He played it like a game

Though her heart was always true

She never played with that love

That was something she couldn't do.

Then to hear him say those words

Those words of unworldly hate

Took her back to when times where happy

Where he believed their love was fate.

She thought back through all of this

As she walked home in a daze

He had told her of his dreams of them together,

Now those dreams are just a haze.

Soon she wiped the tears away,

No longer seeing the need to cry,

He was the one who messed up

As she thought of this she then asked herself why

Why had she loved him so much?

Why had she fallen so fast?

She didn't have the answer

But decided to leave it in the past.

Then as the weeks past

She saw him more and more

Deep inside something began to erupt

It was loves desire knocking at the door.

She keep telling it to go away

She couldn't love him anymore

But what she didn't quite know was

She had never felt true love before.

They were okay until one day

He started the hate again

She thought she knew him

Thought she could call him a friend.

Now its all over,

Never to surface again,

For she learned her lesson

Their road has come to an end.
