1.if you want to make a screenshot of your layout, hold down "Ctrl" + "Alt" + "Print Screen" when the layout is being viewed. 
2.open up paint, and hit "Ctrl + V" and save the image. 
3.upload it to an image server to get the code to put on your site.

Tutorial to making a link button in paint:
1.open a new document in paint.
2.click "ctrl + e" to get to the attributes box.
3.make it 88 by 31. make sure it is set to "pixels"
4.then you can color the box however you want it, and add your text.
5.after saving the document, go to a photo hosting site, like photobucket, picturetrail, digitalupload, or mypicgallery and upload your button.
6.once your button is uploaded, use the following code to share it:

BACKGROUND IMAGE TUTORIAL:
1.go to a program like paint, and make your image. (you can also use a picture you've found on the internet.)
2.after saving the picture to your computer, upload it to a photo hosting site like photobucket or mypicgallery.
