first i would like to welcome you to xcaits_layouts. thanks for visiting my site <3 i REALLY appreciate it. i`ve worked really hard on this site; so i would like it, if you read/ go over these rules.

1) dont STEAL my layouts. for example, if you have a layout site DO NOT put my layouts on it. and you MUST give me credit for using ANY of my layouts.

EDIT TO THiS//: i`ve seen many people using my layouts and not giving me credit; this is a serious problem and i will put people who take off my links on a jocker list
2) please understand; that i have a life. sure i love to go online, and make layouts & graphics. i dont always update but i always try.
3) if you are just here for codes; to re-create the layouts yourself; thats fine. but credit should still be given, as you ARE taking them from my site
4) SUBSCRIBE TO THiS SiTE <3 LEAVE COMMENTS if you use a layout // like what you see . Prop layouts you like; and leave comments on how I can improve the site.
5) Dont start any stupid crap with me. I mean; this site is completely original so if someone accuses you of jocking stuff; dont be all like omgosh wtf !! wat a bitch; for real grow up.
6) show me love here and on my personal xanga site xanga.com/ad0rkablex so it encourages me to make more layouts
oh yeah and leave the credit link on your xanga if you take a layout. prop me if you use a layout or if you like these layouts.<3
