sex and candy (marcy playground)- is this not one of the best songs of all time? it just sounds so amazing and catchy it's ridiculous. this is such a druggie song, but i love it anyway.

black hole sun (soundgarden)- also one of the best 90s songs ever. it gets old after a while, but you can't go too long without it, can you?

missed medicine (her space holiday)- not my favorite song by them, but it's off of a great album. all of their songs have such a good message.

down (blink 182)- one of the best drum songs ever. love it because you can just see travis barker playing it while you're listening to it.

smells like teen spirit (nirvana)- i hate nirvana in general, but i love this song even though it gets stuck in your head. it's definitely one of the hardest songs to get OUT of your head. i don't even know why i like it that much, just catchy i guess. also vh1's "number one song of the 90s"

paper bag (fiona apple)- hannah told me this song reminded her of me. it reminds me of brooke dooley because it sounds like a mixture of kate nash and regina spektor. i love this song though, it's really not my type of song but it's lyrics are really good. basically about a girl who really likes this boy but he barely knows she exists. so typical

cannonball (breeders)- this song is off of a walk to remember, so why wouldn't i like it? it's the very first song they play on the movie, and even though i've heard it a million times by now, that's still what it reminds me of. love it.

killing in the name of (rage against the machine)- this song reminds me of guitar hero, haha! reminds me of chris and deren because they love this song. the actual version is a little bit more...vulgar...than the gh version, but i like it anyway. well, i don't actually LIKE it, but it reminds me of my friends.

radio (alkaline trio)- reminds me of josh. it's his favorite song by his favorite band. i just think it's a cute song in general. not my favorite by them, but i still like it a lot. it actually doesn't sound like alkaline at all to me, at least not the voice.

scar tissue (rhcp)- this is my FAVORITE song by the peppers. it's amazing. lyrics, voice, instrumentals, drums...so catchy. i love the lyrics in particular.
