Before I start packing & all that... I need to say how HAPPY I was to see each and every one of my friends and family today. Honestly, I didn't even know all these people were coming and I'm seriously so blessed.

Sorry I was seriously allllllll over the place, but I really appreciate each person I saw.. even if it was for like a second.
And THANKS for the wonderful care packages & letters.

All I seem to be doing is RECEIVING, but I ask that you PRAY for me.
As spoken today "Prayer empowers the Word."
Soooo here are my prayer requests:

1. ME: (selfish huh?) That I may have the right heart in serving God, focus, a heart overfilled with love to show to the people, continual joy. That I may truly be a blessing to the people there. That I will grow and mature spiritually and come back transformed, renewed, and blessed. Pray that I will be safe physically.

2. MY TEAM: The power for us to work together to bless others. Unity so that we don't have any unnecessary drama or distractions. Love for each other so we can pick and build each other up thru our struggles. Safety throughout the trip. And that our leaders Pastor Daniel and Anna can guide us with God's wisdom and strength.

3. UGANDA: For God to work within Uganda and truly bring healing by allowing the Gospel to be heard. May the hearts of the Ugandan people be soften so seeds can be planted in their hearts and they will be convicted by knowing Christ. That God's Will may be done there by building churches, building up leaders & pastors after we leave. For AMAZING, seemingly imPOSSIBLE things may happen there through faith in God.

I'll be gone from July 9-August 9.
I seirously just PRAISE GOD for this opportunity, this calling for me to go to Uganda. Of course, I'm excited to have fun and get close w/ my teammates, but that's not my purpose. I want to further God's will & kingdom this summer.
So PLEASE pray that we will be used accordingly.
