I have to keep my caloric intake below 375 cals a day. I hope I can reach my goals and I hope you can reach yours too.

| I've been going on my exercise bike for 90 everyday and I've been burning everything I eat but I still think I could be doing more. I think I might add yoga and aerobics to my my workout plan. I've been keeping my caloric intake below 500 cals, but I'm gonna try keeping it under 400. Its been sooooo difficult trying to fast around my parents. Their so paranoid. I have to eat everything in front of them and if I go to the bathroom they wait outside the door. That makes it really hard to purge. Anyways, I hope all of you girls are doing good and are on your way to achieving your goals. Good luck and Stay strong! |
