well hey guys sorry i havent talked in a long while.... well heres the deal mardi gras was this past weekend and i hadalot of fun.... oh man did i have fun....

i threw a party and it was bad ass! everyone was hammered hard core... and im still hearing stories about it.. yay...

all though waking up at the holiday inn was interesting it was only a great end to a wonderful weekend. thank you to evryone who came out!!!

i only have one more exam and then im done! yay my first semester of college and let me tell ya its one for the books. ill never forget it! anyways i love this stuff! life is wonderful you just have to take a step back and look at what you have got. friends can come and go but the memories you make will last forever! alright well im out. later days!

ok so the other day in my workout class we were doing this breathing relaxation exercise b/c they wanted our resting heartrates.there was this really pretty music playing in the background and they were talking to us like ok now just relax...imagine yourself laying in the most comfortable place you can think of..

so i imagined myself laying in my bed

then they said ok your wearing the most comfortable thing you can thing of  in my head i was like ok im naked! and they were like ok just breathe and relax you can be laying in bed with someone if youd like.. well i did..it reminded me of what happened last week... well anyways i started reliving everything in my head  adn i stopped listening to the people telling us to relax.. well my instructor walked by to get my heart rate and mind you your resting heart rate should be in the 60 or bleow ....well when she took my heart rate it was 130....... she looked at me and said you must be really stressed out right now.i looked at her and i said...

you have no idea.....

hahaha i thought some of you would appreciate that...anyways well i have three exams i need to start studying for. so im out like a trout and twice as spicy.
