| o dear god.
I just weighed myself... 122.7 lbs. I have to lose 12 lbs! Ok, starting today, I'm going to eat only fruits/veggies for dinner and exercise for an hour. I'll do the whole 1 lb/week thing. That's 11 friggin weeks... but seems like it'll be the healthiest.

| The Grand PlanSince I will be going somewhere tropical for spring break, I decided that this is a good chance for me to lose my 9 lbs. (I'm at 120 again...grrr)
I will do the 1 lb per week thing so it's not too much stress. I will just have to have an intake of less than 1200 calories daily. I'm beginning Jan 1, so I hopefully I will have lost 9 lbs and maintaining it for about two weeks when I leave for my spring break. Excellent.
