So my boss just called me and asked me to come in and work a double shift today. Great... So i'm working 10-3, and then 6-10:30. 9.5 hours. oh well, at least it's money. So i won't be updating much today, but i for sure will when i get home at 3:30ish.
Intake: Granola Bar - 160 Turkey Wrap - 300? Bites of cookies - 200? Turkey wrap(haha) - 300? Total: 960. (although i feel like it was a little higher than that)
Outtake: 5 hours working 4.5 hours working lots of DDR!!! :D
To Do list: Work 10-3 Work 6-10:30 -read -facebook my sister
edit - 3:30pm You would think working at Subway would make it somewhat easy to stay away from bad foods... but it's hard. There was like 5 broken cookies sitting out today that we could eat. So i ate probably an equivalent to like 1 cookie. And pop... we can have as much as we want. The only diet we have is diet coke, which i'm not a huge fan of. I should just drink water... but urgh, it's so BORING! i craved mellow yellow ALL day. But i stayed away from it :) i'm quite proud of myself. i get to go back tonight. eat more subway, and be tempted by cookies and pop once again. I can't wait.(sarcasm). in the mean time.. i'm gonna do some jumping jacks, sit ups, and leg lifts :)
edit - 10:46pm So i didn't get in my jumping jacks, sit ups and leg lifts. Maybe i will tonight before i go to bed. If not... thats alright because i got DDR!!! and i'm super pumped about that. It's good exercise... even though i suck at it. and can only play basic level. its super fun :) So, i'm off to play for a while, and then hopefully i'll do some other exercising. but yeah. hope you all had a lovely day!
