| wow! ive been gone for two months! welllllll what happened wassss this. We moved to california because of my dads job. It's really nice here.We have the awesomest house! seriously . And the ( i guess you could say popuar crowd) took me in right away. kinda good, kinda not. They are really nice though. I gained like....5 pounds from all the crap food we ate when we were in the middle of moving. I think im gonna make a new xanga.. I'll put the link in when i get it. lol

| ok, I didn't fast im fasting tomorrow. definetly!!!! well .. Christmas is sooo soon.. I'm excited but then again I'm scared too. I found out people gain an average of 6 pounds of the holidays! That's unbelievable! I DONT want that to happen to me. I'm going to be excersizing like crazy for the next month. thnigs in life have been going well for me, I'm mad at myself though. I've been horrible with fasting and excersizing..I dont know why a month ago I could do 500 crunches like that, and fast for 4 days piece of cake. It's so hard for me now...at lunch im always tempted to get something and when I dont people pretty much throw their food at me cuz they think i want it...but i dont! And its far tooo cold to run now. I dont know what I can do to make up for all the missed running, that used to really help me. Well, comments ladies..please I just love the support

THE TLC (TENDER LOVE AND CARE) FAST
1) wed-thurs-fri. the fast will start dec 22 and go through dec 24 if u can't or don't want to go the whole 3 days, don't worry about it! only do what u can do. 2) lots of liquids. water, flavored water, diet sodas are mostly no-cal. if u need more nutrients, drink any liquid or broth. 3) negative calories. if fasting is too hard for u and u need to eat, try to make neg cal foods the first thing to grab for! some people eat neg cals as part of the fast since they don't count towards calories. do whatever ur comfortable with. 4) only break the fast when necessary. if u get sick, if u pass out, or if somebody makes u eat in front of them, it's ok! just get back on track later. 5) update ur xanga. we wanna know how everybody's doin! 6) don't freak out if u mess up. ur body wants to eat, so ur probably gonna get hunger pangs. if u give in and eat something, it's fine, we still love u! 7) don't PIG out if u mess up. if u eat a 150-cal cookie, don't give up and eat 3 more 150-cal cookies. 150 cals is better than 450 cals. right? 8) only do wat u can do. if u can't fast for 3 straight days, take a break! do just 1 day, or just 2 days, take a day off in between, eat a little meal thursday night. don't feel like u have to live up to the rest of us, we're here to support u no matter wat u do! 9) stay safe! or as safe as u can be while fasting. drink LOTS of fluids, and dont be scared to eat a little nibble of food if u feel sick. some people may need to take a multivitamin, and some people may not be able to make it through all 3 days. everybody's different, so just be u!

| hey, i know its been awhile since ive updated. Im doing good. Been eating good. lost 1 lousy pound though grrr fasting tomorrow maybe the next day too ( basically as long as I can). also...I hate when people comment on my xanga saying stupid shit about ed's , if you think im sooo stupid dont look at my xanga! well goodluck everybody!!! lots ( and lots ) of ---ana--- love
