It's Like Satan Pissed On My Highschool...

So, today was hot. Like, disgustingly, blazingly, I'm going to melt in a death puddle hot. And with a no air conditioned school, while I'm on my period might I add, I felt really awesome all day today. They gave out popsicle's at the end of lunch (and I'm glad I got mine first because it was like a death swarm after I got mine. I even got two, so I gave one to Diana), but it still doesn't really help. And because of dumbass Jarod's law we couldn't eat them in the Nutritional Biochem room, so everyone was out in the hall mingling while they ate them. It was pretty cool, but it didn't mask the hot death. They also said their popsicle supply ran out. How the hell can you run out while being surrounded by so many damn grocery stores? Who knows... Maybe we'll have a heat day tomorrow, but I'm doubting it.

Anyway, on to the main event of the day. So, I was sitting in my 5th period study hall doing nothing because I had just finished my math homework. So, I rest my head on the desk and close my eyes but I'm not asleep... Yet I have a dream. It wasn't a daydream, because I wasn't thinking about anything and I wasn't off in lala land. I was just dreaming... Only awake. It was really bizarre. I had like, this group of men in black suits following me (I was in a black suit just like thier's, and I was as tall as them, which made me happy (they were all tall)). We were in this HUGE mansion type house, looking for this little (11, maybe?) girl wearing a white sleeveless dress and nothing else (like, no shoes or anything). She had long, white/blonde hair down to her butt, and clear blue eyes. She was trapped in this weird room, that was like a giant forest, and she was scared and needed help to get out. So, me and my gang were on this hunt to save her, and as we were looking I remember telling my group that "To her it is night, but to us it is day." And as soon as I said that (I was about to open a door to further the search), I snapped out of whatever the hell I was doing, all confused like. It was really strange and cryptic... Maybe it means something? John did point out that the girl resembles a little Kerli, which I can't deny. But other than that, I can see no real connections.

On another note, some guy ran behind my G-Parents backyard and left this tube with a dead moth in their yard. Now they are making a big deal about it, saying he's a drug lord terrorist or something. *Sigh* Weird.

... I really hope it cools down tomorrow...

YES! Now I Can Legally Star In Porn! :D

So, long time no update? Sorry, I wrote a big entry a few days ago and my computer decided it needed to die for a little bit before I could post. *Sigh* So goes my life.

Anyway, guess what? I AM 18 NOW!

And...

Just 'cause it's cute. ^.^

Yup, achtzehn jahre alt! Little 'old Kristy. Who knew? Anyway, here's how my Saturday went down...

Well, I woke up at nine, and was like "Hey! It's mah birthin' day!" So, I get all ready for the day, and my dad is like, "Hey, let's go get your drivers permit." So, I go to the drivers license place, and the people there were surprisingly nice (they're always angry at the world... Maybe they knew it was my birthday?). I went and got my temps, but they aren't valid until I take the test. But, I have the card, so I feel like a big kid now. I now also understand why no one smiles for their license picture. It was very awkward....

Anyway, after that we made our way over to Bob Evan's and got our breakfast on (they have the best breakfasts ever), and then we went over to prep for my friends. I don't really mind cleaning... Except when it's on my birthday... And when it's the bathroom I have to clean. It was pretty nasty, and I got all gross and sweaty. But, it got done. Those fools better have marveled at our bathroom's cleanliness, dammit! :P

Then, I sat around and waited. After a while, they came. Lynne, then Emily, then Amanda. We sat around for a while before we went out to Max and Erma's. I must say, I was rather depressed. They have changed the whole thing since I was a young 'in. The giant hamburger is gone, the sundae bar is all little and condensed, the menu is all changed, and the waiter gave me no gummy worms in my Beetle Juice. :( It was so sad... But I did have some amazing Tuscan chicken and got free freshly baked cookies. That was pretty swell.

Then, we walked over to Toys 'R Us to relive our youths. Some toys were awesome and got a "why didn't they have that when I was little?!?", and some toys were, "man, we had way cooler toys back in the day." But I did find some cool Optimus plates to put the cake on (well, actually Lynne found them) and then we got some spiff candles from WalMart, and headed back home.

Can I just please commend my cake, for a moment? I must say, it was the best ever. I got a flippin' Wall-E cake! It was so cute! It came with a little Wall-E and Eve figurine! I'll have to post pictures later. Katie made fun of me by saying "What kind of 18 year old girl wants a Wall-E cake?" but then she complained because she wanted one, too. And she'll be 21 this year. What a turd. :P Anyway, I had to save Wall-E from Lynne, because she kept abusing him. That jerk.

So, then we ate and were merry. And after that, the only logical thing would be to whip out the board games. And that we did. We busted out with the Barbie Prom Date Game, which is the best thing ever, so you shouldn't judge. Amanda won, I came in second, Lynne in third, and Emily (as always) in dead last. Maybe she was just never meant to be prom queen? Then, I made a mistake and decided to get out the sparkling peach juice (which Emily and I lovingly termed, 'whiskey'), and I gave some out to everyone. Well, Amanda pretty much got drunk off of it (even though there is like, no alcohol what so ever in it). She dragged Emily with her, and she was dancing around my kitchen singing drinking songs very loudly while Lynne and I set up LIFE. What a creep. Then we played LIFE, or at least tried to. At that point we were all talking, joking, and laughing so loudly that only Lynne was really 100% trying to pay attention to the game. But, somehow we made it through. I think Emily won, I was in second, and then who knows after that?

Well, after we cooled down a bit, we watched Kamikaze Girls (one of my favorite movies), and then Lynne decided she wanted to sleep. But, I wasn't really tired, so I stayed up with Amanda and Emily and we watched some Code Geass (they had no idea what was going on) and Moribito. Then, we went to bed.

Next morning, Lynne left early for church, so Amanda, Emily, and I sat around eating Cinnamon Rolls and talking for like, an hour. Then we watched Spice World (because it's amazing and I love Spice Girls), some internet crap, and then they decided to go home. So ended another party. I had a lot of fun, but it's always depressing once a party is over...

Over all, I got:

A cool purse/satchel thing from Lynne
A pretty necklice/earring set from Amanda (and something from Sugoi-Con when we go)
And iPod, like, three months ago
A blow up elephant for the pool
Gurren Lagann mini box set
A mystery present from China from John that I have yet to receive 0.o
And about, $125

And Nnoitra gave me Ulquiorra.

Big joke. But I wouldn't mind if he did. I could always use a heartless emo boy. ^.^

Yup.

Now, moving on, let's talk about school shall we? It's hot. Like, blazingly. Especially today. It's day's like this that I really wish we had air conditioning... But, I really like most of my classes this year, which is good. One class that makes me really sad however, is Chorus. It is so depressing. It's not Miss Thornton, she's really nice and cool, it's just the whole atmosphere. It may sound weird, but I feel like less of a senior with Miss Maguire gone. Why? Because she always went out of her way to make seniors feel special, but not exclusive. Like, we'd get certain parts in songs, or get food first, or get to talk with the class about our futures. But, now that EVERYONE is new to Miss Thornton, we don't get any of that. Half of our traditions seem to be forgotten, too, which also makes me very sad (no Warrior? *emo tears*). And another thing, all the Sophmores I made friends with last year all quit this year. And, since everyone already has their own little pow wow of friends, I'm very much alone. :( And one more thing, our of 80 girls, about 15 are seniors, 19 are Juniors, and the rest our Sophmores. We are way outnumbered, and it's kind of frightening. Well, foo! Hopefully it will get better?

Now, on a completely different note, I FINALLY BEAT APOLLO JUSTICE! WOOOOOOOOOOOO! I must say, that last trial was immensely fun! The whole flip from past to present aspect was really cool and a good way of seeing how all the events tied together. Second to the last trial of Trials and Tribulations, it was my favorite trial of the series. And I must say, Phoenix stays awesome even though he has changed a whole bunch. I love Hobo Wright as much as I loved Attorney Wright. Another character I really ended up liking, was Kristoph. I mean granted, he was a complete ass that would probably kill me for no reason without any remorse and do it with a smile, but there was just something about him that I loved. He reminded me a whole lot of Aizen Sousuke from Bleach (the whole, I'll be nice and cheery on the outside, but inside I'm plotting death and despair!), and a little of Light Yagami, in that he was a well kempt genius that was killing all these people and no one even knew. And now I finally see why so many people pair him with Iris. He's like, the male equivalent. But, I hated Iris, and I like Kristoph. He pwns her major. ^.^ And, Klavier was pretty awesome, too. He was a lot like Dante from Devil May Cry if Dante ever decided to become a lawyer and change his name to piano. But, Vergil isn't much like Kristoph... Anywho, I also really liked Lamiroir, and she turning out to be Trucy and Apollo's mother was an amazing surprise. I literally screamed "OH MY SHIVA!!!!!" Because I'm just that cool.

Anyway, there were some things I didn't like about the game. Mainly this: Phoenix is very much a main character. Now, don't get me wrong, I love Mr. Wright to death. But the game is called APOLLO JUSTICE, and instead of making it mainly about Apollo, it's mainly about what made Phoenix lose his license seven years ago and how it all comes together. I mean hell, Phoenix is pretty much who wins you the first and last trial (the best trials in the game). And even thought they are awesome and epic, I can't help but feel bad for Apollo. He's so abused! His character can't even seem to develop fully because he's almost a secondary character and everyone seems to care more about everyone else and not him. I mean, even when Phoenix was a rookie they at least acknowledged him. With Apollo they are just like, "Oh... You're a lawyer? I didn't know that..." Poor kid. I care Apollo. I really do. Maybe if you get a second game you can kick ass all on your own! TAKE THAT, Phoenix! :P

Another thing I didn't like was the end, where Thalassa said she wasn't going to reveal herself as Apollo and Trucy's mother to them right away. Don't they have a right to know? I mean, come on! And what will Phoenix do? Will he still be Trucy's adopted dad after that? Who knows? Oh well, guess they need to make another game, huh?

Full of win. ^.^

Well, this took me an hour to write, so I'm out.

I Lived To Tell The Tale...

Well, I survived my first day back to the big AHS. It wasn't that bad, and I even end up having some of my homie in my classes. Here's a recap of how it all went down:

Morning Bus Ride- It went pretty well. The bus isn't crowded early on (thank goodness) so I had plenty of seats to choose from. Of course, I chose the front one (all the riff raff sits in the back seats :P). The route is really awkward and long this year... But hey, more time to listen to my Pod. Speaking of which, Libera Me From Hell, Spice Up Your Life, and Caramelldansen all got me ready for the day ahead. ^.^

Homeroom- Same old, same old. Mr. Servis is still awesome. The room is still the same...

1st Period English- Dr. Pearon is a cute little lady. ^.^ Emily sits next to me, so all is good. We really didn't do much on the first day, but all was well. Some annoying people are in the class, but overall it seems like a good way to start the day. But apparently, Dr. Pearon is pretty beastly at grading and stuff.

2nd Period Algebra III and Trig.- I hate math. And this class sounds kind of scary. From what he was saying, we'll do a lot of review games. And I hate review games. But hey, Kaitlin is in my class, and the teacher seems really nice. I guess we'll just take it day by day...

3rd Period Chorus- Having no Miss Maguire is weird. Very, very, weird. But, Mrs. Thornton is very nice, pretty, fun, and actually a lot like Miss Maguire. We have a ton of girls this year. A TON. It's kind of scary. Not many of my friends from last year are in it this year, which makes me sad and very lonely. Oh well, it's still WC, and the teacher turned out to be how I wanted her to be. So, we'll see how this goes.

4th Period German III- Yay! We got Frau Gremban again! And Kaitlin, Emily, and Carolyn and I are all seated together! Woosh! The boys out number us greatly, however. 6 to 12? Creepy. I also got to pick a new name, and I picked the weirdest one I could find. Waltraud. Yes, that's right. WAL-FLIPPIN'-TRAUD! It's amazing. Sadly, she gave us homework. It's easy, and I know I know it somewhere in the back of my brain, but it's just not coming to me yet. Oh well, what do you expect from the first day?

5th Period Study Hall- What can I say? A really random mix of kids, and a funny teacher guy supervising it. Something really funny did happen today, however. This kid came in when the class was like, half over. The teacher was like, "Who are you?" He told him his name, and the teacher asked where he had been. He said, "Lunch." like it was a perfectly logical answer. The teacher was like, "This class started 20 minutes ago! Let me see your schedule." Well, it turned out he actually had lunch C, but decided to go to lunch B instead. The teacher told him to go to lunch C instead of B tomorrow, and after saying that, the kid just left the room. Just up and walked out. So, one of the kids in the class said, "Is that kid OK?" and the teacher replied, "I don't know. He's probably high." And went to chase him down and bring him back in. Crazy stuff, man...

Lunch! Yay! Food! Couldn't find Lynne (who I found out after I had eaten was outside the whole time), so I sat with Emily and John instead. It was all good.

6th Period Nutritional Bio-Chem.- The teacher is really quiet, and there is no one I really like (besides Carrie) in the class. In fact, an arch nemesis of mine from Elementary School sits in front of me. She always used to make fun of me, and she's one of those girls that always flips their hair on your desk. I hate girls like that. But, it sounds interesting enough.

7th Period Government- I like Mr. Pitts, but I felt bad for him. He kept asking us questions (rather easy ones) and NO ONE responded. It was creepily, awkwardly quiet. But hey, it's last period of first day. What can you do? Besides, my Government knowledge isn't that great, so it's good that I'm taking the class now (especially with election day so close).

Afternoon Bus- Not as crowded, and same bus driver! Yay!

All in all, pretty good day. I'm sad Diana isn't in any of my classes or lunch, but I'll survive. I also didn't miss the league of annoying fake tanned, bleached hair, skimpy outfit wearing girls. I'm happy being pale, freckled, and red headed thank you very much. And, the Senior Lobby blows. I mean, church pews were bad enough, but metal benches with no back rests? Now THAT sucks. I should make a petition against them. And my math teacher said that it's supposed to resemble a cafe. That must be one shitty cafe...

But, on the bright side, my classes seem interesting, all are fairly close together, I get to see my friends everyday, and I'm a senior. So, yay!

The End Of Summer, And Me Being a Huge Geek. They Go Hand In Hand...

Well, here it is. My last day of freedom. The end of Summer. I'm kinda sad, but I'm kinda excited. I mean, I'm a senior now, a top dog. And it's my last year of highschool... Scary... Anyway, here are some highlights from this summer:

  • I went to Europe and proved I could handle life on my own (well, not completly alone) in a weird place.
  • I read several books, all of my own choosing.
  • I watched about a gazillion Lifetime movies (even though the probably isn't healthy).
  • I cleaned a big chunk of my room.
  • I got a bookcase! YAY! >.<
  • I had two picnics.
  • And, I had a badass surprise birthday party!
  • ... And don't forget sleeping in everyday (always a plus). ^.^

Now with all the good, came some regrets. Here's some things I wish I had done (or done more of) over the Summer:

  • Hung out with my buddies more. I do miss them over these break periods.
  • Learn to drive. I gotta do it some day, dammit!
  • Read more. Several of the books I got for Summer reading are still sitting around, unread.
  • Swam more. That's what Summer's all about, isn't it?
  • Spent more time outside. It was so pretty this Summer...
  • Gone to more places... Which is why I need to learn to drive.
  • And I really wished I would have finished Apollo Justice. I'm so close, I can taste it! But alas, I'll have to finish it some other time... *Sigh*

All in all, it was a good Summer. A lot better then a few of my earlier Summer's (and I mean A LOT). I actually went out and did things (but I wish I could have done more things), and got out of the USA for a while, even. Yes, it was all very well. Mostly I just lazed about, but hey, it's Summer. I'm allowed. ^.^

And I guess, in all honest truth, this will be the last really free Summer I get. I'll have to work next Summer, and then college and stuff... Man, that's depressing.

Oh well, I have to survive Senior year before that happens again. I can't wait to see my friends and find out who's in my classes. I also decided that this year I'm going to be more active in after school stuff (this is after all, my last chance). I'll probs join Key Club (Lynne is like, the secretary of it or something) and I hope to join United Cultures Club. We'll see how that turns out. It's going to be really weird being one of the oldest kids in the school (I still feel so young)!

Oh well, enough of this school crap. Let's get on with the good stuff. And I mean REALLY good stuff. Check out this beauty my dad delivered to my house a few days ago?:

Yeah, that's right. I got me a bookcase! I love it, and some how managed to get most of my stuff on it. The bad thing is, is there is no more space... So when I get more stuff, I'm not sure what I'll do. I could get another shelf, but as of now there really isn't anyplace to put one. Oh well, I'll figure something out. I love how about 95% of the stuff on it is Anime or Manga related. ^.^

Organizing all this was pretty intense. I had forgotten just how big my collection was (and some of my stuff I found in really random locations in the house). 0.o I hadn't looked at some of these in awhile, so it was cool to take them out and look at them again. And, now that they are on a shelf, I can get to them easier. They used to be in a big stack (well, some of them) and they were hard to get without having everything fall on you. But now, I'm good to go. The most manga of one series I have is Angel Sanctuary (I need to buy the ones that I don't have. I need the whole series. 0.0), followed by Full Metal Alchemist. The most DVD's of one series I have is Full Metal Alchemist, but I have box sets of Boogiepop Phantom, Elfen Lied, and Samurai 7 and I have all of Descendent Of Darkness and Fruits Basket. The most VHS' I have are tied Trigun and Cowboy Bebop. Damn, am I a nerd or what?

But, that's not the only joy in my life right now. My fam and I went to Larosa's the other day, and they had several of those little machines that you put 25 cents into it and you get a toy. Yeah, well I was looking at them, and they had the cutest little animal figure one. So, I rounded up nearly two dollars in quarters, and had at it. Here's what I got:

Aren't they the cutest? From right to left we have Ted the turtle, Herman and Peter the elephant twins, Kaley and her son Kevin Kangaroo, Frieda frog, Stan squirrel, and Clarissa cow. They are the best. I really wanted the elephants, but I ran out of quarters. So, while we were sitting in the car about to leave, my dad found two more quarters. So, being the weirdo I am, I bolted inside and guess what happened? Not one, but two elephants came through the slot! I was so happy, but the people there probably thought I was insane ('specially because I go to school with the girl that seats people).

Well, that's it for now. I know you are all probably disturbed by my bizarre-ness and extreme nerdity, so I guess I'll go and enjoy my last day of freedom...

It's Official, My Friends Own Everyone Else's Friends. Period.

I HAVE THE BEST FRIENDS EVER!!! You know how I was bitching because I thought Lynne was inviting friends over and I thought that it would be all weird and awkward? Boy was I wrong. Instead, all of MY friend were there. That's right. Those amazing little shits threw me a SURPRISE PARTY!!!!! >.<

I'm so happy! I've wanted one ever since I was little, and finally the dream came true! Even though my birthday isn't until the end of next week, I'm so very happy! And surprised, too. They were all very slick...

So, let's start at the start, shall we? Lynne and her bro come at 3 to pick me up. They seem rather giddy, but nothing too weird. Then, we get to her house and I go in the front door. It's oddly quiet, considering she said other people would be there. She tells me to come on, so I follow, figuring we'll go in the backyard and that's where all the people will be. But then, as I enter the living room, every one jumps out and is like "SURPRISE"! By everyone I mean Lynne (of course), her mom, Emily, Amanda, John, and Morgan (apparently Jen had to work and couldn't come). The whole dang game! I was so shocked, everything was just kind of like a blur (I don't really remember seeing everyone jump out, I just kind of knew they were all there. It was like everything was all hazy). People were poppin' poppers (Amanda did it right in my eye) and taking pictures. I was rather embarrassed... But really, I was happy.

So we went out back and I beat up the piƱata (which I usually hate because they are embarrassing), and it was pretty fun. It took me a bit to find it and attack, but I finally got it down. And then everyone just sort of beat on it... Poor T-Rex (yes, it was an awesome dinosaur). It sort of reminded me of Dino Crisis with less blood...

Then, we came in and I opened presents (well, actually only two. The rest are set to come later). Lynne got me a really cool purse, and Morgan got me some candy and a gift card to Borders. Amanda made me an awesome Phoenix Wright card, Emily got me a sexy man card, and John just got me a pretty card. Then, we ate some cookie cake. I forget what is said (sorry guys), but it was funny and cute. The presents and cards were really nice, too.

Then we all just kind of sat and talked and watched crap on Youtube (poor Morgan, most of it was anime stuff. She was so confused! ^.^). We looked at lolcats too, which is amazing if you're running out of ideas.

After that, Morgan and Emily had to leave. So, Lynne, John, Amanda and I ate some food and watched Fruits Basket. That was pretty much the end, because everyone (including me) left after that.

But really, it was great. I've always wanted a surprise party, and now I got one. Just seeing all the work they put into it (what with decorations and cake and stuff) and all the presents and setting up and everything, it's all really touching. I love all of you so much! Lynne, Emily, Amanda, John, and Morgan all of you are the best! You basically made my year, and I really appreciate it! I LOVE YOU ALL!!!! GGGAAAHHH!!!!!!!!
