| I just read all my Xanga posts since September '06, trying to figure out when I took the ACT. It reminded me of how much I enjoyed it. I basically documented my life (in my own brief, cryptic terms) all through high school. I'll put the nostalgia away...
So does anyone still use this? Or is it, as I suspect, strictly an archive of high school? |

| It didn't occur to me until today when Ingham started talking at rehearsal today that I'm graduating tomorrow... Weird. New Wilco's amazing, incidentally. |

| It has been a good day... :) |

| You've got to feel it in your bonesI have my guitar tuned down... drop C. It's pretty fun. Sounds good on my acoustic. I need to get it set up again though. Lots of fret buzzing. So far I love working at Starbucks. Some parts of the job are kind of complicated but the people couldn't be cooler. In other news, I've finished high school. That's a good feeling. All I have to do is the graduation ceremony itself, and a couple of little odds and ends. Then I get to spend the summer optimistically, which will mark the first time in years that I've been optimistic for more than a few days at once. XO |

| My first week at Starbucks went by relatively smoothly. I had to go home sick yesterday an hour early. That kind of sucked but it's not like I could really help it. But I really like the new job. The only downside is that we get paid twice a month (I think) and I have no idea when I'll get paid, and I desperately need the money. It's bound to even out sooner or later. Then the elephant in the room... Yes, I know. Only 3.25 days left of high school. For me that's 10 class periods. Don't try the math. Anyway it's kind of exciting but I'm too stressed to enjoy it. |
