Due, to the business of studies I have not had the chance to write. But, this is pertinent. I wanted to ask you all to keep my brother in your prayers. My brother, Mark, is in Kuwait right and will be leaving for Iraq in the lest week and 1/2. He is doing well and loving what he is doing. can you all just please keep him in your prayers as he learns how to only lean on Christ fully and fight for our country.

STRESS to the 10th degree!

Ok, so I know that you probably should not stress over stuff. I know we are supposed to give it to God...... But I am pretty stressed right now. I just want to skip over the next two semesters and graduate. Let me fill you in...

3 8week night classes(all the first 8weeks)

-- those night classes include "Classroom Behavior Management" ahhhh! very difficult class. I'm Dieing!!!!

30 hrs of field experience- really not that big of a deal.

22 hours in classes

Student Teaching Interview in two weeks(6 of my reflections have to be perfect- I have 2)

Praxis- 1 month and 1/2---- haven't started studying---AHHHHH!

I did not even add work or crusade or Bible study. Those things don't stress me(I have to do those things to keep me sane and it's my ministry).

I think I need to think about school as my ministry- maybe I will live. I know I made this very dramatic- and I am really not complaing or as stressed as it may seem from this post. I just can't concentrate or breathe I am so overwhelmed with work. Only 4 more weeks and I lose three classes- only four more weeks-- I can do it. God gave me perseverence and strong will for a reason.

Please, don't be offended if I don't have time to be social- when I graduate I will be! LOL!

Tonight was our first Source meeting for Campus Crusade for Christ. It was awesome, there were so many people there. We had 25 people from MOBap come, yeah! I am so excited for this year of crusade. I have a couple of girls that want to have lunch with me and let me get to know them a little bit more. Yeah! We are also having so much feedback on people wanting to get plugged into small groups. The co-ed small group I am leading with two other guys is starting next Tuesday. I am so excited to see what is going to do on my campus this year. He continues to surprise me by the things that He has so meticulously already planned out. God is really working at MOBap with crusade and I am really excited to see what He has planned for this year. Especially, who He will bring into leadership, since three of our 4 leadership team people are graduating this year.

Thank you Lord for your constant presence and perfec plan for my life. Thank you for your perfect timing and that it is not my timing, because that would be bad.

1st day of class today, it was good. I only had one class and wasn't until 6pm. It was nice, what can I say. Tiffany also dyed my hair today. It's red! I like it, but probably not do it again. I will probably in a couple months go back to dish water blonde(natural). Here is a picture, enjoy the red! You can't really see it that well.

P.S. Thank you Tiffany, you did a great job! I really do like it, but I'm pretty sure it makes me look pailer, just because it blends in with my freckles. I'm going to keep it a while, though. Oh, and Mary, sorry I just had to try it.

I love freshmen orientation weekend; at MBU we call it Welcome Weekend. This year I didn't have a huge part, and let me just say I love not being in charge of it(like in years past). Mark and Kate did a great job, though. Friday all of us Campus Crusade for Christ leaders moved guys into the dorms for like 2 hours. That was alot of fun, we have some awesome freshmen guys this year. THEN! we had a table at the street fair, handing out water bottles, being excited and just talking to new students. I love Campus Crusade! I am so excited for this year, we had so much interest on Friday. I get to start follow up tomorrow; calling and meeting with people that filled out our survey and just talking about them and what they think about Spiritual things. I am also leading a co-ed small group with Justin(he's our Cru intern this year). You all can pray for me in that, I have never led a co-ed small group before, just women. We have our pizza and ultimate night Thursday, so I hope we have alot show up. After meeting all of these freshmen and transfers this weekend and am so excited and praying that God will shake our campus this year and shake our students, new and old, and I am praying that God will use me in ways that I am not seen or heard- just HIM!

Guys just please keep me in your prayers as a I balance my extremely busy schedule(that's wierd that I am saying that- me busy?) and keep up the energy, drive, endurance, and love for the students on my campus and the relationships I get to experience with them this year.

If any of you are in St. Louis this year and are in college you should come to Campus Crusade for Christ @ 8pm Thursdays @ Maryville University. Comment me for more info!

Hello all! I hope all of my wonderful, amazing highschool youth groupers are enjoying your 1st week back to school. All of you new college freshmen, I hope your 1st week and weekend will go well and will prove that that is exactly where God wants you to be.

I want to echo Tiffany, when she said that she was proud of all of you highschoolers and the great leaders you will be. This year is going to be a great year for you and God is going to use you in amazing ways and teach you awesome things that will change your life. Because of my leadership roles in Campus Crusade for Christ I can not be there on Thursday nights; I am sorry for that. You all can not contact me though if you need to talk about anything, good or bad. I am praying for you all and I am so excited about what the Lord has planned for our youth group this year.

All you college kids, I am here for you too. Obviously, not physically because you are far away, but I'm here on the internet. I am praying for you and the awesome journey you are about to experience. I am excited also for you and the new experiences you will journey through and person you will mature into this year.

Ok, let me first state that the Muny has a strange effect on some people. I know that sounds a bit odd, but it does. So my friend Charity and I went to the Muny last night with the other folk of St. Louis and some other friends, of course. It was quite an event. There was singing and dancing and I am not just speaking of the actors. It was a great show of Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, but I must say it had quite an effect on us, or maybe it was just the time of night. After we waited in the parking lot for fourty- five minutes(or something) and after the completion of serious conversations the 11:30 pm air began to take effect. Now those who know me know that after around 10:30 or 11pm I become a little loopy and hyper. Those who know Charity, know she does the same; great combination right. All I have to say is that some great quotes originated last night. Let me show you our dialogue......

Scene: Driving in forest park at 11:30pm in largest line of traffic ever.

Me: What was that thing about my bladder that I randomely said last week?

Charity: "My bladder stopped working"

Me: Wait I said that! (HAHAHAHAHAHA) Facebook quote all the way.

And then the conversation changed to something random and loads of laughter and than we began to talk about our friend Nathan and I don't know what the following quote has to do with him, but I said it.

Me: Brothers to the core.

Charity: (lol) Brothers of the core........ What? (Hysterical laughter from the both of us)

Charity: People are going to think we are drunk or high!

Me: No way. I'm high on life- sniff, sniff, sniff, sniffy, sniffity , sniff.

Than there was much more hysterical laughter and many more random words, coming from mostly me, but Charity had her input. God bless her!

Aren't you excited that you got to waste your time reading that. I just thought I would share the random, hyper moments of strong Christian, always sober(no experience I promise) college girls.
