Currently, I'm packing my bag.   I'm enjoying the fact that I can visit home, but somehow it feels surreal.  Ah~  I don't really know how things will turn out once I go back to Chicago.  Maybe nothing will have changed.  kekeke~  And I guess I do like that fact that Chicago has a steady and constant flow.

Should I take a big bag or a small one?  That's my dilemma right now.  SO~ I'm taking a xanga break.  keke~  Oh yes!  Today was Halloween!!!  It was my first time celebrating Halloween in Korea.  JooYoung and I decided to dress up for our classes today.  Harhar~  What funny expressions I received from the Koreans?!!   They thought I was crazy.  It was still cool to express myself.  My new motto lately has been:  BOLD AND SHAMELESS.  What about you?  Have you been "bold and shameless" lately?

So, today was an awesome day filled with chocolates and scary stories~~  I hope they enjoyed it as much as I did.    Dudes....I AM really going to miss the food here (hehe even though it'll only be for a month).

There's only 1 week (and 1 day) left before I leave for CHICAGO!!!!

Though I have tons of tasks to take care of before leaving, my mind is full of people's images and smiles. 

*As for work, I've been self-reflecting and found many things that could be better for December.  I think feedback is crucial for further growing and developing our professional and personal areas.  Yesterday night, I was contemplating deeply on my students and how some weren't satisfied with the class.  A few even said that they wouldn't recommend me to their friends.  I felt discouraged.

Then again, why was I teaching in the first place?  I had forgotten, AGAIN, that my purpose was on teaching alone...and not trying to please people.  I made it clear with myself that I wasn't going to ever please everyone.    And~  I felt relieved.  whew~    So, now that I know what works and what doesn't....TIME TO REVISE and make my teaching more effective! 

*Last Sunday, I met up with Jessica and Gloria to eat lunch and watch 거룩한계보.  Now~ this movie was awesome!  I recommend it strongly, my friends. 

We ate lunch at 회전초밥.  It's where the sushi dishes go around and we get to pick the ones we want to eat.  keke~  It was so delicious!

Then we asked the waitress to take another pic of us.  Green tea icecream rocks!!

Why is he so hot?  Haha~ all my students know that I have a HUGE crush on Zo Insung.  I even have a pic of him in the classroom!! 

*Though it's been a worthwhile journey, I'm slowly beginning to realize that I need to re-stock my strength and passion.  Hopefully, my trip to Chicago will help me to see the ones I love PLUS regain my eyesight, so that I can continue to walk down this road.   

Ah~ and from the 7th-15th, I'll be in Arizona, so let's try to see each other either before or after that week.

I've never missed someone this much before.  She & he are my life and love. 

She calls me twice a day now, but it doesn't bother me.  Rather, it helps me to see how much I love her more.

Then during my 2 hr subway ride tonight, I thought about the future.  When she is gone, will I be okay?  Mama, I love you so much.  Papa, I miss your warm smiles.

I think about my friends tonight.  I remininsce our sweet days together.  RC Cola girls, AAIV peepz, Agape, and my other precious friends....I can't wait to hang out!
