| WOW... I didn't realize that my last entry was 3 months ago. Well...I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm going to back in town today until Jan 2. So if you miss me (and I know you do  ) call me and we can hang out. I'm in the process of packing as we speak...

| I miss H-town! In Houston you don't have to worry about hurricanes hitting your area every other week. 
As soon as I left class today, I found out they cancelled classes for the rest of the week because we're on a hurricane watch. yup... Hurricane Frances might be heading our way.   
On a brighter note...no school.  We had our first optometry exam scheduled Friday, but I guess it's getting postponed. Yay! More time to study. yeah right...study. 
Well, I'll keep you posted. I hope I'll survive my first Floridan hurricane.  |

| Never in my life have I been as poor as I am now. 
Everything in Fl is insanely expensive... I'm not I can afford to live here. Financial aid only goes so far.
With every decision comes sacrifice. I think I'm learning this the hard way.

| HI EVERYBODY!!!
So I'm finally moved in and semi situated in my new place. I've been getting to know my classmates and everyone seems really nice. I like NOVA...I'm glad I decided to move to FL. It's a good change for me.
Today we had our HPD (Health Profession Div) picnic. It was great fun. I got to meet more ppl from the optometry program and some others from dental, med, etc.
And while I should be studying I'm going to go out tonight w/ some classmates and go karoke. U know how we do. hahaha |
