So, not much has been going on lately. I've just been working on school/college stuff...which us kinda bogus b/c I'm planning on waiting a year and working full time to get some extra cash for school....but my mom keeps bugging me about applying and stuff "just in case something doesn't work out" which...I suppose is good....hmm.

Amanda moved back to school today.....**shed a tear**.....

MUAHAHAHAA!!!!!! FREEEE! My own room AGAIN!!!!!!!

I'm kind of "*****" happy, aren't I?

So to tell you the truth, I haven't updating on here b/c my myspace has kind of taken over my life. It's just so addicting!! It's crazy.....sometimes it's nice to get back to good ol' xanga and let my feelings out though...ha....yeeeah.

I went out tonight....and what was going to be an extremely stressful and annoying and frustrating day/night tuned out to be the very best night ever.....aaah, it was so awesome.

Know what I've been thinking about lately? I think all this time I have thought that I just don't have it right. I just don't have this whole God thing under my belt...and I've felt like such a loser in the "spiritual" sense. Then today, I heard a sermon and I dunno...it like...clicked. All this time I thought I had it wrong b/c bad stuff kept happening and I just wasn't handling it well and I thought 'GOSH! Why can't I get anything right!??! If I could just be closer to him my life would be perfect!" But...you know....God didn't say "hey...if you're close to me? Everything will be perfect.." If anything he said the complete opposite and said "In this life you will have trouble...but take heart....for I have OVERCOME THE WORLD." I'll still have problems but God will give me the strength to deal with them...as opposed to if I was not close to him...I would have problems and just not know how to deal with them....does that makes sense?

Isn't He just great? :)

It's sweet....but it still needs work.

So today was a funny day....a very crazy day too. It would be stupid to go into all the details...but basically, my friend Ashley was heading back to FL today, and she had a TON of things to do and people to see, so I went with her on all her little errands. Anyway, so her family was taking family photos over at keenland and they were supposed to wear white tops and Ashley didn't have one, so we ran to Kmart......HECK YESSSSSS.

So we're already late, so we're frantically running around this stupid Kmart looking for any white top, and anytime we'd find something, Ashley would put it on as fast as possible....aaah...so funny. So we finally found something and she had tried it on, so we run up to the check out line (while Ashley is still wearing the top we have yet to purchase...) and she's like..."find the tags! find the tags!!!!" so she has me rip them off...the lady rung it up, and we were outa there in a FLASH!!!

is it ever cool to spell the word "cool" with a "k" as in "kool" or "kewl"?

yeah...I didn't think so either.

I like to hear the quite sound of my sister and my mom having a peaceful chat at 12:00 at night....it makes me smile :)

GUESS WHAT!?!?! People at the woodford county Golden Corral restaurant love to stare....and it creeps me out.
