the crazy life of me
ok here is an update....i am finally home. after a month of traviling around the south, i have finally settled here in chattanooga. i was in louisville, ky for about 2 weeks and i had a blast visiting old friends, wedding activities and my nephew, william's 2nd birthday, which was probably the biggest event of the summer. with a blow up jumping machine, a pool and about 50 people all out to have a good time. i had a chance to talk to patrick for a long time and it went really well, i got a lot of things said that i have been needing to say, and he said things that encouraged me to have more repect for him, which feels really good.
i had a job interview in chattanooga, tn. on july 17th at memorial hospial and it went great. 2 days later i decided to spend a weekend with my favorite aunt and uncle in montgomery, al. that weekend turned into a week and then the next weekend i went to the deep south of alabama to dothan to visit with both my grannies and other family (way to many to name) i had a blast. i met my cousin dan's girlfriend and she is amazing, i hope shes reading this!!! "Love ya Toni"
things have been pretty crazy lately!!! i hope all is doing well. | | | |
| Casey's wedding was a blast last weekend. Thursday was the rehearsal dinner and I saw many old friends and most were happy to see me but a few were a little uneasy towards me...we wont get into that!!! Friday Casey put the term "brides maids" to use. we were at the reception hall from 1pm till 8pm decorating and pretty much remodeling the church's cafeteria. On Saturday Casey got married, it was a beautiful wedding. The guy that walked me down the aisle was an awesome dancer. The reception was a blast, it was like a reunion for me cause I haven't seen most of them since I left. I was amazed at how much some people have changed since I've seen them. | | |
| So crazy weekend, still not over cause of the 4th and I have no idea what Im doing.
I'll start with the drive down to Kentucky with Colleen, we had a blast, Im so glad she drove with me I think I would have drove off a bridge if I was by myself. I got a speeding ticket right before I was finally bout to get off the pa turnpike, I hate the turnpike. The officer was a complete jerk and copped an attitude every time I asked a question. He said I had 10 days to pay $170 ticket, I requested if there was a way that could have extended. I told him I didn't have a job and I was broke and he said the one statement that sends chills up my spine...."should have thought about that before you go 88 on the turnpike"...like I'm really thinking about my financial difficulties with semis up my butt and jerks cutting me off, no I'm thinking...only 30 miles until I'm off this fatal road. And if the speeding ticket didn't put a damper on my mood...a rock hit my windshield and a now have a foot long crack in my windshield and ins only pays for it if it repairable. its not repairable!!!
Once we got to KY, me and colleen had a really fun time. we went to my friends kristys pool and laid out of a while after washing my car. the went joes crab shack and had some crab legs and shrimp. then mark wanted to take the boat out on the ohio river...which is a nasty river, but we had a blast. we cruised around for a while it was a really nice evening. then we docked at captains courters and watch a awesome band play, and afterwards they gave me, colleen, and kristy souvenirs. kristy and i got drum sticks and colleen got a poop less pig. it touched her heart.
yesterday i dropped colleen off at the airport i was sad, it will be a while til i see her again. we sure did have a really good time though.
i went to the lake yesterday on marks boat with kristy, don, cara, emily, and of course mark. we went tubing and skiing. it was a hot day up to 90 degrees, I got a nice tan. mark got a new harley a month ago and we went cruising on that around middletown, it was awesome.

| Tonight was my last sunday at Calvary, this church family will have a special place in my heart. They have truely loved me and I them. To the wonderful youth with hugh hearts for the Lord I pray that you continue to grow spiritually and also that you stay intouch so I can see your growth. Every relationship with each one of you has meant the world to me. I only pray for me that I will find a church with a bunch of youth that are as great as you. | | |
| i went to the shore today with my sisters and had one of the best times ive had in the longest time. i miss my sisters so much and it was just us, which it hasnt been "just us" since they all started having babies. so new profile pic is needed. they tried to wrestle with me to get me in the ocean...but it was soo cold and im an too strong for them, and they cant win, which i have been preparing for this day for 22 years so i feel very good about myself that i can physically fight off both my sisters...finally i can defend myself. it was a great day. | | |
