• A friend of mine from Junior High died recently in a house fire. Her son and fiance died also.

  This is a terrible shock to me. She was a sweet girl that had a lot of potential. I've got a lot of memories with her - I've got a whole bag full of notes that she and my other friends wrote to me during school.

  I feel guilty. I mean, there's probably nothing I could have done to prevent it. I don't even know what city she was living in when it happened. But maybe I could have witnessed to her? I don't know.

  The point of this post is to show that life is short. Some lives are shorter than others, but life is short no matter what. At the end of our lives, we must face God. Let me stress this fact: Because our lives are short, the time we have left until we meet God is short. So make the decision to believe in Jesus NOW, because you don't know when you will die.

  If you believe in Jesus, all your sins will be washed away and you will be counted worthy to enter Heaven because HE died on the cross for you.
