每間公司既人事關係都不同
我就比較好彩, 完成體會到什麼是「壞」既例子

工作的公司, 不知所謂, 都唔知咩人, 又超重階級觀念,
某員工本來已經resign左, 無端端唔知點解又可以俾佢下星期番黎
番黎唔緊要....只要你們公司話無問題, 我地都無問題
我咪最多問番自己公司個p file仲有無record係度羅...
但....係無預先告訴我的情況下, 個manager call 個員工番黎,
帶埋佢黎我個位, 話要「簽紙」wo...
而家我隨時on call架...你話想簽就立刻同你簽呀....
假設, 真係要再簽過contract, 你都要預先俾時間我準備架,
又唔出聲, 突然走過黎, 我好得閑應酬你呀!!!!!
仲有, 最重要係....「簽咩紙呀!!!!!」, 都未問到個record, 簽咩紙呀...

manager唔係大哂羅, 你想點就點呀, 你咁叻, 你自己同佢簽羅
你簽佢做你公司既人羅, 你出糧俾佢羅
我公司做野有程序ge, 入職都要有手續, 
唔係你一句走埋尼, 要簽呢d果d我就要聽你支笛

仲有呀, 間公司都又唔識分配人材,
那人完全無果方面既knowledge, 就唔好分咁多電腦工作俾人啦
搞到次次都出錯, 個report send 十幾廿次俾我地都仲係amend
今個星期send完, 下星期又話有錯, 大佬, 關乎到出糧架
出錯糧, 唔通同個員工講, 我下個再扣番你呀...

仲有,  recruitment時, 有個candidate係而家exist staff refer
之前佢地都交帶落, 如果有referral, 都想知係邊個,
亦都會因為個exist staff performance, 而考慮個candidate
咁我咪秦例去問下個exist staff 工作表現, 那個trainer, 答我...
「我唔知呢....不過佢羅compliment letter之麻.....」
其實...你叫串緊我呀, 羅得compliment, 你唔好話俾我聽,
佢係表現差羅....我都係想知ge....唔哂咁答我ge.....

最近, 最搞笑就係睇住d candidates 俾唔同既managers見
每個人既standard都唔同, 我問高層又話佢地個個都知, 個個都識in 人
但佢地走黎問番我應該問d咩問題羅...bull shit!
