My ears and throat hurt everytime I swallow
...not matter it's liquid or solid food they just hurt like hell.Tonight I took 45mins to finish 1/2 bowl of rice in soup because of this stupid unbearble pain...looking at the timetable, starting from Monday I will only have 1h for lunch...how am I supposed to do that?
This is truely the last way I prefer to loose weight

Thanks to you all for tolerating me as your boring mentor for two whole weeks. And sorry to Alex and Jane for not being able to take care of you two specially haha...my putonghua still has a lot of room for improvement. I was really speechless when you guys gave us the gifts...they really made me happy as well as guity...Felt so bad for telling you guys off for being late in the morning when you all were preparing the gifts for us...
And finally, a big thank you to my partner Kenny! Always be the nice one to comfort them after I tell them off...

Couldn't buy the ingredients for baking...so decided to cook! Made sushi last week and tonight is the second time I cook in the last 6 months.
The really spicy 水煮牛肉. Needs a bit more colours but the taste is good.
係上海食過嘅撈玉米 (literally is fried sweetcorn)

Been out for the whole day and now I'm exhausted....only one day's left before I fly and thinking of the long to-buy-list is just scary. Hopefully I can get them all done in the morning and finish packing by the afternoon...hate the feeling of last-minute-packing...it 's the sense of insecurity that freaks me out...

Finally the exam has finished... It's now time to relax, to shop (today and tmr), to watch tv (the korean White Tower) and to pack!!! Finally I can leave HK...but sadly I think Shanghai is going to be as hot as HK (or even hotter
) So going to enjoy my holiday (at least for 10days or so) without thinking what to expect in mid june...After some good sleep I went out to meet to evil sunshine. Had some window-shopping and last but not least, I found a new way to test for coordination of upper limbs
