back in shanghai again. here are some photos from singapore... it's been a heck of a summer. i went kayaking for the first time and it was true fun under the sun. then i went fishing at a kaylong; first time fishing and first time at a kaylong which is a house that's supported by air filled barrels to float on the water. i caught 5 fish and met nicole's cousins =). went to olivia's bro's birthday party where i met olivia's bro's friends, some people from sas and olivia's friend  . went to arab street for the first time in a long while, saw a nice mosque. oh and saw the world cup in sadness.. watched in dismay as one by one the giants lost; england, brazil (!), germany, and france =(. i went to esplanade a few times, ate some good satay. went to the botanical gardens eventho we regretfully never actually got to the flowers lol. walked the streets of china town, where olivia and nicole got awesome henna tattoos. went to a few art galleries which were quite enlightening, got a book of robert doisneau's works- yay! basically became a tourist for a week or two. watched a few movies. and had a great time =)
