| I don't know why, really want ¶¶ÐÓÈÊÄÌ (Lulu brand's almond milk) lately. I even dreamed about it the other night. I wonder why~

| I am loved...yes I am! =)
So I spent all day today doing work, making up for yesterday's lack of "productivity", and also because I have a dinner party tonight with my roommate and 5 other guys at this Italian restaurant called Buca di Beppo. The night was fantastic~
We had yummy food, joked around about nothing in particular, making future gather-together plans, and also marriage plans! hehe...not for me, I'm not the one who needs to get married by 25, ohhhh that's definitely not me! =P So the first surprise of the night was how did the waitress ever figure out Chris's name and my name (the two birthday kids) when she brought out the tiramisu, and hohoho....took us a while to figure that out, but Richard's blush gave it away. Aw....thank you Richard!! That was sooooo sweet of you~
Second surprise of the night, was when my roommate suddenly pulled out all the gifts for me - from out of no where!! I was in the car with her, came with her, but had NO idea that she's got it all planned out already. Thank you so much Christian, you're the best roomie ever, and I really hope you'll change your mind about living off campus~ I love the scarf and gloves to "keep me warm when I'm out and the Chai tea when I'm staying in", thank you!
Last surprise was really a "shock", when Adi and Robert suddenly both left the table, like they were running away from something or someone, and we were all like...eh....what are they doing?! Then they came back, looking triumphant, and told us that they paid for dinner!!! When I specifically told them not to, because my parents are treating us, just like last night~ haha...thank you guys so much, I love you guys! Adi claimed that he "hijacked" my bill, which he did, with tactic too...hm...next time I'll look out for that...
So it was another wonderful evening out with friends, and that was my birthday weekend...a great one too! Chris, happy birthday to you too! In a few hours, we'll both be turning 20~
| I know, my bad for not updating this site for what...months?? Yeah, but I didn't feel like there was anything worth putting up here, and I've been in touch with people =), or at least tried to, so hopefully you all didn't miss me too much!
So today was absolutely amazing! Although my birthday's on the 17th, since it's a Monday, my friends and I decided to do something on Saturday instead, and we planned out this whole day of events, but didn't know whether everything would work out. Luckily, we did everything we wanted to, and I know that I at least had a blast~
We all met at 3:00 (mind you, sharp!) at my friend's house, and the 5 of us (3 guys and 2 girls - Jeffrey, Miko, Tim, Chris and I) packed into Jeffrey's car and set off for San Jose. Our first stop was the theatre - Century 25 - to get tickets for "Lost in Translation" at 7:15, cos we didn't want to take the risk of having it being sold out later on, although we all highly doubted that possibility! hehe...Then we set off for Kinokuniya (this Jp bookstore) where Chris needed to get her manga! So that was located in the sort of "Japan-town" area with Jp supermarkets and stuff. Afterwards, we set off for the "Korea-town" where we had Korean BBQ (ISB ppl, remember my junior year birthday at that Korean BBQ place in Beijing? Ah...memz~) which was actually very good, and had a lot of fun "gossiping" throughout the meal. *Thank you mommy for treating us, although you're FAR away in Bj right now* =P Then we all went to a supermarket in "China-town" for snacks and other random stuff, and we did buy quite a lot, considering the situation. Then we left for the movie, and it was so funny cos most of the people sitting in there were old couples (I'm assuming in their 50-60s), and I think that we were kinda loud(?) that it got one of the couples to actually change their seats before the movie even started!!!! Chris was afraid that Jeffrey and I would be "sharing our thoughts" by talking during the movie just like what happened when we went to see "Kill Bill", but we behaved this time, and only "exchanged minor remarks"~ haha
The movie was not bad, I liked it fairly well, and Miko obviously loved it, which is great!! So when we were planning for this day, we wanted to have this movie-marathon going, and we did. Right after we finished watching "Lost in Translation", we drove back on campus to Chris's house, and settled in her lounge watching "Shall We Dance". Wow, that's quite a lot of Japan related movies for just one evening! But the movie was great, and got me interested in social dance...but the class will have to be sometime other than 8:45 AM if it wants me enrolled in it! =) We "pigged" out during the movie, so obviously buying all that food at the Chinese supermarket was a good call. haha
So this was a "fobbish" night, with five Asians (Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and Philippino) visiting three "Asian-towns", eating Asian meals and watching Asian movies! Wow, to top it off, munching on Asian snacks~ hm....interesting...very! I had a fabulous time, and thanks to Chris for planning it for me, and all of you for coming which made it such a great night for me! =) Jeffrey, thanks so much for driving, and everything, and taking us home...you know you were invited for more than just being our driver! =P REALLY! hehe
Well, I'm still 19 as of today, but very soon won't be a teenager anymore...

| yay~ all my finals are finally over as of 9:00 PM tonight! seriously, for my last one, I was totally just like "I couldn't care less by now" (well, okay, maybe not to that extent, but I do know that the only thing on my mind was to get out of that auditorium as soon as possible...which I did).
packing begins tomorrow, major packing, cleaning up the room, and....time to go back to China! =) can't help but smile now, life is good...when finals are over. sorry I haven't been calling people or going on MSN lately. I will try and start doing that...
For all of you who're going on trips over the summer, have a safe trip and remember to tell me all about it! For those who're just staying in the US...(I feel sorry for you..hehe, just kidding)...have fun (whatever you may be doing) and keep in touch!
| My grandma passed away today. The one whom I went back to Sichuan to celebrate her 90th birthday. She died peacefully, at a restaurant when they went out for lunch. My uncle said that the waiters were serving the food, my grandma's head just tilted and passed away. She's had a great life, especially in her old age, and as my aunt said, my grandma was blessed.
I love you grandma, and I'm glad that I told you that when I went back for your birthday. I love you.
