ok well I'm definately slacking on this whole updating thing...anyways college has started and I like it alot...despite the 50 page reading assignments for what seems like every class...haha  but it's great....and basketball is starting on Monday so that should be exciting (not gonna lie I'm a bit nervous about that whole deal, but it's cool)....well here's some pics from some of the newbies I guess u could call em...

so here's what's up with me as of today...spilled the beans with some of the crew tonight...the beans being secrets (or what we assumed were secrets) that we've been hiding...not b/c they were bad or were something that shouldn't be known but b/c they were something we ourselves were afraid to admit...ya know like when you're the kid that still believes in Santa in the 5th grade but won't admit that to anyone else b/c the other kids might laugh at you...only to a slightly different degree...it was a pretty good night actually...o and by the way it is a reality...your friends do leave for college...I'm pretty sure a huge chunk of them leave on Saturday...so emotional trainwreck here I come...but it's gonna be ok this is God's will for their lives and I would much rather it be His will for their life rather than my selfishness that's trying to keep them here...I'm really excited about college maybe it's just me but I'm seriously stoked...I'm excited about my roommate, all THE OC watch parties we will have with the Adam Brody fanclub, unfortunately all the last minute study sessions we will have, but most of all I'm just excited about this new change in my life and the challenges it will bring with it...I just pray that God will give strength, perseverance, and wisdom as I am faced with some of the most important decisions of my life...I pray that God will strengthen and challenge my faith so that I may grow closer to Him and understand His will for my life... let me know how God's been workin in your life lately...I hope that you all have had a wonderful night and I hope you have a great Monday!!!  peace out...

alright so it's been quite a while since I posted...lol...sorry guys...anyways things have been pretty crazy around here lately...PSCC was excellent I must say...Family 15 rocked the hizzouse....Tyler is pretty much the only guy I know that can catch 1,000,000,000,000 marshmellows in his mouth under 10 minutes...yes impressive I know...sadly there were no counselors for us to right Too Cool poems to but Sam did introduce us to some new incredibly scrumtrulescent dance moves....for example...the antkiller, the obedient seal, the lost shoe....and let's not forget Shipton's contribution, the pancake, flapjack, toiletbowl, and box spring...and props to the summer singers for not just an amazing concert but a source of inspiration for yes, even more scrumtrulescent dance moves...if you wanna know more about these killer moves contact Emily, Jenna, Kelsey, Jaclyn or I for more information on how you can be apart of the magic....anyways a week after camp came Mexico...oooo Mexico...it's definately sweet and you've just gotta go...it was an amazing trip...despite the decapitation of pooh bear and Zach's frequent visits back to the hotel...it's just so awesome to see those Christians in Mexico....they are so fired up for the Lord!  it's so encouraging to see their zeal and love for God!!!  He's doing great things in Piedras Negras and Allende and I'm so thankful that we were able to help those congregations as they continue to grow!  I made a new friend in Piedras Negras, her name's Alejandra...she was awesome and I'm so glad that I was able to meet her...she was so eager to share in a friendship with us and to open up her home to us...she truly was a great girl!...and I can't say enough about Hector and his family!....they were amazing!!!!!!  they were so hospitable and patient with all of us....they also were kind enough to use Spanish that we could understand!  so made props to Hector and his family!!!   well it's getting late and this is an extrememly long post...so I should probably go...tomorrow morning at seven thirty the Cubs play at Cage Camp...yaya!!  Go cubs!!!  anyways I hope you all have an amazing day!!!!!

well ladies and gentlemen...I just returned from our church sr. trip to Colorado...and I must say...it was a delight!  we went white water rafting, hiking in the mountains, and of course shopping which is always a plus!  it was such an awesome trip and it kind of made me realize how even more amazing God's creation truly is...the mountains radiate his awesome power and glory...it was fantastic!!!  anyways I hope that the rest of you are having a fabulous summer and here's a few pictures to satisfy your picture post cravings....
