| This past weekend I went to PA to meet my newest nephew. He's so cute. I gave him his first bath. He didn't like it AT ALL.
His sisters loved holding him. I think they're pretty cute too.
Kolton was adorable. Sometimes when I was sitting there holding Keshawn he'd try to take him from me. After a few seconds of holding Keshawn, he was finished.
And of course I spent a lot of time just holding him.
On a more thoughtful note, here are some words from Erwin McManus in his new book Wide Awake. "A person of faith must never be afraid to explore. We above all others should be driven to question, to examine, to learn. Faith shouldn't make you less curious but insatiably curious."

| I hate cars!Yes, I know that I cannot live without them(at least here in the states). How would I get to work? My car is acting up and I just wish I lived close enough to work and friends to walk or bike. Don't get me wrong, I love living in the country but I'd love it even more if my car would actually work right, or even if fixing it meant it was actually fixed. How often do you have to fix a car before it runs right? It's embarassing to be going 25 mph up a hill with someone tailgating you, knowing that if you were them and were in a hurry you'd be really annoyed. GRR! |

| Here are a few pictures I took while hiking along the Doyles River at Skyline drive. It was absolutely gorgeous!

| RegretWhat do you do with regret? What do you do when you think you should've done something to change a situation but didn't because you felt helpless to change it? What if it means you let a bunch of people down? How do you get past that and believe that next time you will actually do the right thing instead of screwing it up again? |

| Please PrayThis week we are having VBS with a bunch of kids from the city of Charlottesville. It's bound to be fun and noisy and a bit exhausting. Please pray for God to use us to show His love to these kids. Thank you! |
