| So yeah, no vaca in Europe this summer......me sad. Room lottery was
HELL. Two fucking hours of hell. But the room does have a
terrace...only its sealed cause we might jump and die.
So umm yeah, anyone wanna guess whats the number one terrorist target
in NY....it's Grand Central....guess where I'm working and will be
working this summer....thats right the building directly on top of
Grand Central. Whatever.
Winter break + Marie + London/Paris = New Years (oh, yeah)

| 3/27. we played at north six in brooklyn last night..although prone to
being comfortably cynical..it was good. not in the sense that we
believe in our hotness.. although dan crowell does not disbelieve
this.. but in the sense that it felt perfect: that the audience and the
band could've almost had babies with each other..beautiful, hippie
babies..and yes you're right, that is gross. --- Matt Pond PA

| Last night was the bomb. There's nothing like hanging with random
strangers after a show to discuss band love (ie love among band
members). It was kind of funny cause we took over the whole subway
coming back from Brooklyn (not hard to do at 1 in morning).
Soft was not so cool (lead singers need to play something so that they
don't look like idiots semi-dancing on stage). Kevin Devine was great
rockin' out on his guitar. Matt Pond PA = love and were funny as hell
between songs.
