But somehow it all got changed from a soap box to this is where I am. I listening to a song and felt like really God was singing this over me. I felt like He open my heart to show the hurt and ashamed, and some how to a point of well...venerable. I am at this point (ever so feel like I am being venerable sharing this stuff) of wanting to return to my first love, like this is my struggle and constantly God's dealing with me. I hope this is a turning point (well I know He's still working on me but I willing to yield). I've allowed my eye to lose focus and put them on unclean and godly things. And hurts I've got to deal with in my heart. Basically self-issues that I think I've been kidding myself that I can keep them from HIM. Before I was reading Philippians 1:6. So for once, I am share this part of me. The lyrics that shout out to me about....well me:
"Give me your life
Lust and the lies
The past you’re afraid I might see
You’ve been running away from me "....

"Well you’ve been a mistress, my wife
Chasing lovers it won’t satisfy
Won’t you let me make you my bride
You will drink of my lips
And you’ll taste new life

Cause you’re my beloved
Lover I’m yours
Death shall not part us
It’s you I died for
For better or worse
Forever we’ll be
Our Love it unites us
And it binds you to me "

I can't explain the goodness at this time of God. It's just something best experienced than told about.

For me (so I think) it's clear that it's a taken/or based on the book in the Bible Hosea. Which I'll talk next about it later... and I am tired & it's late, ....so next point will be a summery of Hosea (the best I can) .But better you read it for your self --> Hosea
Or

One can read the artist statement on the website jesusfreakhideout.com- Behind the Song:
Beloved by Tenth Avenue
“The Bible is filled with wedding metaphors. When it talks about Christ and his church, it uses the analogy of a husband and a wife. In fact you could even argue that the reason marriage exists is to point to the greater reality of Christ. Over and over and over again, Christ calls the church, not just his wife, but his wayward wife. I was thinking one day, I wondered what it would sound like if Christ gave his wedding vows to me, as his church, as his bride and what those would sound like. So ‘Beloved’ is Jesus making vows to a wayward wife and the beautiful thing about Jesus is that when you’re his bride, divorce is not an option.” - Mike Donehey (Tenth Avenue North)
http://jesusfreakhideout.com/lyrics/new/track.asp?track_id=10047

am I of the human race?

Hey. Read a good article that made a great point. That the Bible states one kind of race. That is the human race. Hahaha (As I think of it as in : Cause I am of the human race that is of ADAM & EVE, not race of animals, not the race of fisher or of angels.). Which is true. The distinctive division in the human race is male and female. Good point, made. The article has a challenge or redefine culture's "race" vs. ethnicity. The article is "Race Relations: Rethinking Christian Identity" by Thabiti Anyabwile.
Part I- "Race Relations: Rethinking Christian Identity"
&
PART 2- Race Relations: Six Problems with 'Race' links.

Flashback for me. I recall when I was younger how my mom would describe people. Particularly this one incident when shopping. Returning an item(s) or someone helping with deal information. (My parents are big on bargain shopping) There many time I recall how my mom would describe people like: the young women with dark skin or the middle age women with light skin or or the young man with tan skin & ect. Many of the times people know just who, and other gave a puzzle look even, if my mom state every feature from hair style to freckles on the face. Then in terms would say something along the lines, in frustration, of "What you refer to as black, or white or hispanic...". I still recall that growing up. I have to admit the term "race" was foreign to me growing up, until I hit the public middle school. When a girl asked what race I was and where did I come from. To be honest I really didn't know what she was talking about, and probable sounded rude when one of the statements was "my parents".

I guess I'll leave off with this:

And God said, "Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: livestock, creatures that move along the ground, and wild animals, each according to its kind." And it was so. God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good. Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."
So God created man in his own image,
in the image of God he created him;
male and female he created them.
God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground." (Genesis 1:24-28:)
-------

Crossing Over

Found some notes and such from 2005 in my notebook.
