| i'm moving in with christine on her project xanga site that she made
for both of us. all the updates, however infrequent they might be, will
be made there. the address is yoonnchris, so all 2 of you that ever
accidently stumbled upon my site could find me there. see you later.

| it seems my life is put on hold. my unemployed and graduated status
seem to be the defining identity for me. oh ur home now? did you
graduate yet? so what are you gonna do now? some of the questions i
find so tedious to answer back after another months of my life spent on
studying the same subjects that i'm supposed to have learnt in college.
mcat is right around the corner. it seems like it's always just around
the corner.
christine just had series of interviews, and while helping her prep, i
realized the answer to the ultimate bunk question of "tell me about
yourself" always seemed to circle around our job, education
history, work/project experience, etc.
when did my identity become my resume? why is it not acceptable to
define myself through my likes? you are what you eat; where did i heard
that before? i think therefore i am, another smart quote by one of the
smartest guys ever. am i what i think and what i eat? i'm sure i'll be
thinking about these if i get to med school interviews. hope i can do
as good as christine =)
jeez, that was just months of xanga congestion clearing through. i
should sleep so i can wake up early and finish up my gchem. i
should really keep up with this blog stuff; writing practice would've
helped me with the poem.

I just completed this cool online scavenger hunt for National Treasure,
the new movie with Nicolas Cage. Solving these puzzles and posting
about this sweepstakes makes me eligible for free Xanga Premium, $100,
a signed movie poster, DVDs, and a t-shirt... Check it out!
alright...let's see if i'm lucky =)

| i think i have a super power. for some reasons beyond any logical
explanation, i wake up about 15 seconds before my alarm goes off, and
turn it off before it rings. maybe i have a sixth sense about these
things. maybe i can feel the tension in the spring all coiled up ready
to ring the bell with my extraordinary ability. there MUST be a way for
me to make a fortune with this skill...!
hmm...guess it wasnt' a coincident that we're watching 'the incredibles' today ^^

| anyone who had a computer problem recently will agree that you HAVE to fix it right away or you will be left disturbed and unsatisfied until the problem is solved...kinda like constipation.
So i couldn't just sit around until next week when christine said she had a computer problem. my solution to most computer problems, including virus infection or just slowing down after years of usage, is to reformat the whole drive and get yourself the new computer for the second time. i'm freakish about backing my data (thanks to many, many horrible times when i lost all my data) so refomatting the computer is not too scary of a task to me.
after long hours of looking for the recovery disc and the actual recovery process, christine's computer is now as good (maybe faster still?) as the day she bought it. I give mad props to christine for her patience to not run over her laptop with her car or chop it down with her dad's axe cuz her comp was pretty dang slow and buggy! more props since she said she won't buy a new computer now that the old one is fixed (i would've taken advantage of this situation -.-)
it would've been a perfect day if her comp played roller coaster tycoon 3. i felt bad cuz it became like i'm teasing her by waving her favorite game infront of her and saying she can't play it. i'm sorry!!
note to self: ah jum ma's like a boy who can eat a lot. that's good for me i guess =) | | |
