but i'm here now.
back in march after listening to the advice of those more intelligent than me I agreed with their assessment that wamu and lehman brothers were going down. davidian commented on the liquidity of lehman, and with fed funds available i am still left confused as to why lehman threw in the towel. the answer might be somewhere out in the news, but i am generally less than enthused by market news as the collapse is no longer an impending collapse.
here is the scenario for you:
your company cannot cover payroll. your company cooks the books using loans and personal funds so that they can pay you. or perhaps your company needs to pay for a new rocket ship. whatever it is, we are about to find out what happens when accounting stops being polite and starts getting real.

i miss the 90s. and i like remixes that sound like the 90s.
can't wait for radiohead sunday. me and tina are looking for tickets which is kinda fun but not really because she doesn't want to pay above face value and radiohead is playing on sunday and we don't have tickets.
i listened to broken social scene above the greek theater. it was about two years ago. i brought some wine and a friend. i had never talked to this girl in my class, but seeing her there gave me a first second impression of her. an outside of a routine impression. i didn't talk to her but i thought it was really cool that she was 'watching' bss when she could only see the tops of the instruments b/c the angle on the hill outside the theater was bad. and then i thought it was cool that she left before bloc party played. i like bloc party. but i liked that she went out of her way to listen to a band play live from the frustrating position of being able to see the tops of instruments but not the musicians. and then she left to raise public awareness about darfur.
