sometimes you think the boys next to you are drinking an iced tea until you realize they are spitting tobacca juices into a bottle.

and then you basically just wish they were not there.

i am happy you are done with finals/never had them to begin with.

and if you aren't finished, there is a nice broken chair with a computer that may or may not work and a printer that's probably out of toner (and me) in burghatory, maybe for the rest of my life. or until i miss my neice/family/bad tv/sleep/friends/food enough to give up aspirataions/expectations to come homehomehome.

when walking into the library:

guy #1: "so, what do you do when people do not return books?"

library worker #1: pretends to draw gun, "bpoom", puts imaginary gun away again.

kayla #1: "shit."

it really happened that way, all of it. now i am in this bright computer lab with an alarmingly small group of companions for this point in the semester.

but you know something, someone has left their headphones here at this computer for me. and i am graciously using these left headphones to listen to free msn radio. i will be alternating the indie and 90's pop stations for the remainder of the day, if im lucky.

if i just get enough done today, ill feel fine tonight, and maybe finer even after that. its hard, as you all must know, sometimes, to put energy and time into these school things when much heavier things are weighing on one's mind.

oh msn free radio, blonde redhead in french? how could you have known?

friends, friends, i am wishing for you a restful or productive saturday, whatever you need at this point.

the seminary students are having a party with a boom box and lots of different sized balls for catching.

it is morning; i am drinking last night's coffee and making a grocery list.

i cannot shake this feeling that i am missing something very important in my life. if you know what it is, tell me, because i haven't a clue. maybe grocery shopping will fill the void.

saw II was really gross and, well sad. i wanted to cry and to vomit half the movie. but, in better news, my friend josh bought the first saw, and hated it. i am more than willing to take it off of his hands. especially if it is the special box with fake blood oozing around the cover.

also better news, mr. david d. is 20 today, for which i will be rewarded with fettacine alfredo with his family. and a boyfriend the same age as me. no more cradle robbing jokes. well, at least for the next 7 months.

angela r. wears a blonde wig like no other gold digger i know. which can only mean its halloween weekend kiddies!  ahh, enjoy, and 25 million points to any female i see in a costume that does not predominantly depend on a very short skirt for its effect. and i do not give out 25 million points if i don't mean it.

be well ghosts and ghouls! im off to buy some tomatos and apples and milk and eggs.

 and cheeeeese braaaaiinn!!

last night i was sweating.

and i just came inside now, feeling a bit of a chill in my barefeet.

i am really excited about that.

come by for coffee or something, all of you.
