| so im starting this whole lose weight thing. because im so freaken tired of being fat. heres the deal... i go to the gym 5-7 days a week, mostly 5. weight days are mon. wed. and fri. and i do cardio tues. and thurs. v-day i started this "lose a dress size in 8 weeks" plan. its just an exercise thing w. 3 lb weights and an exercise ball. and thats only mon wed and fri's. im 5'4" and 145 pounds. my goal weight is 120. but who knows how much lower id like it to be if it even happens.
i love to eat. i am the biggest eater ever. and its not that its bad food all the time. i was a vegetarian for 4 months, so my food choice was pretty pretty limited. but now im eating meat again, i want to GET RID OF THIS WEIGHT!
and thats where i need YOUR help. i need to start fasting. i need support. i need advice. and i need people who actually succeed at this whole thing. and i need it SOON. summers coming up, and unless i lose this weight, no bathing suit for me.
