| Fly and Shout Unto GodSo I heard that some people, I'm guessing engineers and scientists, are inventing flying cars. So a few friends and I were wondering what the new terminology would become. "Don't drink and fly" "Friends don't let friends fly drunk." It's all very silly. Then what about hover crafts and the like? Anyway, The Beatles have pretty much the best music ever and Across the Universe is... I can't describe it... I love it. Question: What song gets stuck in your head all the time? Or what song is stuck in your head right now? I've had this song we sang Monday night at 24/7 Christian Ministries stuck in my head since then. It's by Hillsong called "Shout Unto God" The enemy has been defeated
And death couldn’t hold You down
We’re gonna lift our voice in victory
We’re gonna make Your praises loud
The enemy has been defeated
(Shout unto God with a voice of triumph)
And death couldn’t hold You down
(Shout unto God with a voice of praise)
We’re gonna lift our voice in victory
(Shout unto God with a voice of triumph)
We’re gonna make Your praises loud
(We lift Your name up, we lift Your name up)
Shout unto God with a voice of triumph
Shout unto God with a voice of praise
Shout unto God with a voice of triumph
We lift your name up, we lift Your name up
One last thing: If we're not seeking we're not growing and if we're not growing we're dying.

| A song, cavity, groceries and homeworkSo I had a dentist appointment today and on the way there, in the car, with my mom, Dare You To Move came on the radio! It was awesome. Anyway, this week is crazy busy.I have a lot of papers to wright and I have had a few tests and quizzes. -break- I just went to the grocery store with this wicked sweet girl, Laura and now we are meeting up at the library to actually do our work. If you think about it please pray for me first of all for motivation to do all this stuff, and second for my family because we are still trying to sell our house in NY. Thanks and God bless!
oh yeah, one more thing. I have my first cavity ever. I made it 20 years and now a little one. No needles or anything the dentist (who is my dad's cousin's son) just used the tiniest drill ever and then filled it in. It was nice.

| Among other things...So it is now March. The end of March. And I've been thinking, where has this semester gone? What have I even been doing for the past 3 months? I go to class and see familiar people, but who do I know? Who are those people that I truly care about that long for deeper connection? I want those people. I am not satisfied with shallow conversation. I want meaning in my life. Just recently God has opened up a new area in me: Joy. Can I just say 'thank you.' I mean seriously. Life is nothing with out it. And as Christians we are called into an abundant life. One free of death. We come alive in him and I just hadn't been walking in that. It is so much better to let go. I can't handle things on my own. I am a little perturbed right now because I have that switchfoot song.. it's like... dare you to move or something like that running through my head and I realized I must have left the CD at home in NY but either way, it's not here. But anyway that's how I feel. Or like dying to come alive! Just all of those songs that are screaming form the inside that there is so much more. I just want everyone to know that there is hope.
