| SATURDAY! MAGIC ISLAND = FIRST EVENT!
9AM - 12PM I think..Also, don't forget to bring the dues of $10.00 so we can mark you down and you can get your shirt.
Lastly, Don't forget each event is a potluck! SO BRING A DISH, and NO CHIPS/COOKIES!!!!!! if you bring drinkz, try to bring like 12 pack or something..not totally sure on the rules, but bring something everyone would wanna eat, not just an easy dish that'll sit on the side!

| New School Year and Young Leaders will be starting up soon.
Spread the word and there should be an announcement about a meeting coming up soon. First Event is September 25, which will PROBABLY be the Magic Island beach clean-up so mark your calenders and look for the meeting announcement!

HAS BEEN CHANGED!! the natatorium event has been cancelled because of state permit requirements, but we will schedule something at about the same time on the same day... so we'll notify you, check back soon!

What: Beach Cleanup, Making Care Packages and and end of the year LUNCH!
WHAT TO BRING: small things for the care packages. They are going to both an orphanage in India and to Soldiers in Iraq, so we are looking for school supplies, food that wont crush/melt/spoil and other small things.

| hi guys! welcome to a new school year and a brand-spankin'- new version of your and my favorite... YOUNG LEADERS!
for all of you that attended the meeting on wednesday at punahou: welcome. we hope you have a great experience here.
FIRST EVENT:: saturday, september 27th from 9-12 at magic island!! (meet at the front of the park, right where it meets the back of the parking lot:: our sign will be there!) beach cleanup, games (such as volleyball and something involving water balloons) and FOOD! its a potluck, so dont forget your contribution!

| School is almost here (still hanging on to the last bits of summer?) and we (the officers) are getting all prepared for another eventful and busy year! as soon as i get the final draft, i'll post all the events (where and when) for the whole year. hope to see all of you soon!
