sigh....its been a week since iasas....life is so boring now....iasas was prob the best thingy that happened to me thie whole entire year...met a lot of new ppl and made some friends =] even tho out workout were a pain at time, in the end i think it was all worth it....i loved iasas it was like teh best experience i have ever had at tas...really enjoyed it..other then the races which were so painful for some of us(long d mostly)

for some of us it's out last iasas, but i wish for those who r leaving to keep up with their sportmanship as much as their studied =] but if u'd ask me i'd say education is a lil more important. well i wanted to thank my long d team for always being there for me and supporting the rest of the team, just wanted to give out some shoutouts =]

kevin ting a.k.a tingboe(gangsta) lol kevin is prob the funniest person i have ever met...lol everything he does is friggin insanely funny lol gan...i cant believe that one time where he did his FOR FRODO thing....became out liek team model...lol so gay but funny

geo....(goofy) there isnt much to say other then "what a sick lil man" lol nah jkjk even tho geo is the sickest man i noe...he is funny, but only with a combo of kevin ting...these two are like nuts on a monkey...haha

andrea/ andrea is a strong runner, and a good friend, she has always been there to teach me the ways.....lol right anyways yeah she has been there for me throughout the year..thx

jane/we never talked much in track but i've known u since last year and i noe ur one of the strongest runners tas has so keep training and someday u'll be the nest mindi =]

tiff/ tiff is one of my best friends...even tho we disagree on some things...lol we are still really tight.know her 2 years and she is one of the people i will miss when i leave after year, and i will never forget her..she has never changed...she is still the same person i knew last year...which is awsome because she is a great person and everyone should be her friend...lol

kay kay/ even though u got hurt at iasas we all noe u would've owned all at iasas...she's a great runner and she has trained with us since the beginning and should have just as much respect as teh rest of us.

eric/ even though u got hurt i noe if u didnt u would have powned me at iasas...rofl...gan to bad...muahah train over the summer and someday u will be the asian ross kramer with ur diao ass glasses lol

allen....gan..ur sis is so sexy!!!...tsao la...lol jkjk lah allen, allen is also another type of funny....him,geo,n kev ting are like the three musketeers haha train hard liek u said u will then u'll make iasas nest year =]

alyssa/man....i remember that one time when u hurt ur shins..and u were in a lot of pain..i was so scared....but i'm glad ur ok now....u've always been there for me too so i'm glad ur my friend..even though iasas is over i hope we can still hang sometimes =] make sure u take care of ur shins=] and dont use to many painkillers....lol jkjk well train hard and u'll be an iasas trackstar like clark,kramer,and tang =]...ohh and jon lin..almost forgot him lol

at last, but not least is our captain, Lydia chen. lydia has been so nice to me since i got to noe her...she is one of the first people to reach out to me and she is the one that got me to open up to the team...she is a great person over all...and she is so PHAT...lol( i love ur smile =]) she is a great runner too...even tho she is joining to some uber diao ass school nest year...she will be missed by everyone of us and her friends as well....she is for real...she isn't one of those TAS fake people who are so gay...she shows that she cares and stuff...lol the team and i wish u the best of luck next year, u'll do great...i noe u'll become someone very famous or important someday...lol it's been fun this year..i wish we could be friends another year...really gonna miss u (p.s. thanks for the bday present, i will carry ur card where ever i go..lol)
