| Okay, starting overThis has been a whole fucking week of bingeing, I'll find out the damage in the morning. Starting fresh. Eat as little as possible, work out as much as possible. LOSE WEIGHT!!!!!!!!! I've found that looking at reverse thinspo actually inspires me more. I'll continue to post pretty thinspo every once in a while, but for my looking at it. It is going to have to be reverse. When I see the fatness, I think I'm not very far from that and that I don't want to be THAT disgusting. When I see all the pretty little skinny thinspo, I kinda start thinking that I can never look that good and makes me want to give up. So reverse thinspo is what it will have to be for my motivation. Only things allowed: Chicken bouillon broth Sugar-free jello a few saltines water g2 gatorade coke zero I'm telling my parents i'm sick today so I can get away with it. I want to do this!
