where have i been. nothing i can remember is happening right now. people are slowly preparing for prom and quickly preparing for the musical will be interesting because i have SATs that same day. o fun. im still tryin to see Brokeback mountain and casanova. they are the only two movies on my list right now and theyve been out teh longest. doesnt that suck.i hope to be driving by the end of april cuz thats all teh time i have til my permit expires.

ps. i love starz. cable is so yummy

went to the movies yesterday. then out to eat.

basically played god of war at jens house with her ellen n bethany.

movies from today:

kinsey- sexually enlightening
closer- sexually perverted
gene kelly movies- sexually................well they arent are they. theyre supposed to be cute and funny. most importantly, theyre smarvelous!

merchant of venice has managed to slip through my fingers one more time. i really wanna see it.

went to christmas party on friday. it was alright. eh.

friday : stayed in teh light booth for a few hours. bugged mark n counted up the insults he made. then went to taco bell. back to the school. then went to see king kong. i ended up being teh only girl there. fun. that movie was super cool. most righteous trex scene.

saturday : went to rehearsal. then popeyes then back to the church. concert. failure in communication so went to shauna's. tehn me pops came. rocky run.

today : went to second concert. camera/sound guy cute. saw all of the alumni! I LUV YOU MICAH, RICK, ADAM, GARRETT, ANNA, CHRIS, AND REUBEN. theyre all so cute now. why couldnt they be one year older. micah's still my favorite though. clapping buddy. alumni rock my world. i cant wait to see them again. i got to work on that.

eventhough i luv all my alumni, I LUV BETHANY THE MOSTEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so many stories like LoTR n LLW are christian allegory. they are also about good vs. evil. so if these movies are based off of the same good n evil basis as christianity couldnt the bible also just be a really good book with symbolism and deep values.

if none of that made sense. dont worry about it. it got a bit skewed in my head. but better explained it makes sense.

saw narnia today. it wasnt bad but it left me with a hole. it did play on the theological themes. i just feel unfulfilled as a movie lover. i think after seeing lotr the idea seems used.

the crash point: when there is a war in a movie, the point where the two sides meet with a thunderous (nice word. thank you.) crash. hence crash point. most movies pull it off. narnia's lasted for like half a second. instead they switched to head on views. no side view so u can actually see the crash point.

how sweet was tilda swinton though. she kicked major ass. i love her. especially in orlando. too cool for school.

it should be a bad thing that i want aslan for christmas. he looked so fuzzy n cuddly n warm. i mean he was the king. he shouldnt seem cuddly. i should be feeling his authoritative aura (more nice words). wednesday i am so seeing king kong though.

i think i might go watch janis joplin, the band (so cool), and grateful again. o note to self: get tristan and isolde series and send firethorn lady a letter telling her to hurry up.
