| Hurricane Katrina's devastating effects on New Orleans, Louisiana have heen horrific and digusting to look out. Many died of dehighdration and were left there on the side of the street. It was sickening to look out. Why didn't anyone help them on time?? No one did anything! President Bush didn't do anything 'till the day after the hurricane! HE WAS ON VACATION! I think that makes our country look worst then other countries! The lack of equalism. Blacks and poverty people left stranded at The Convention Center and The Superdome 'till the 5th DAY! They could've gotten everything ready by the 2nd or the 3rd day. I mean the Tsunami had more help and help on the first two days! This is a disgrace. I have no respect for the federal government and the government in Louisiana. It sickens me.
I hope all you who are in New Orleans Louisiana make it safely and hope all your loved ones can contact you. God Bless You guys.
