比起往年跟宋生影的一輯畢業照
我更喜愛今年的    
可能是自己畢業   想起這些年的一點一滴    更有想法應該要怎樣拍

可惜 alice 不在呢     我們一定要再約呀~

17/11 WL hockey vs RC = 返 P       從來一場都睇唔到  

19/11  Graduates high table = 又返 P       又撞！點去......!?

I am soooooooo disappointed.  今個星期唔知下星期 duty 經理越黎越過份！
工作忙都算    我都好想有私人空間！
拍拖  唔得
同屋企人過 weekend    唔得
想打波   行山    影相    去 day trip     全部唔得   
有一日     我會頂唔順辭工！我發誓我一定會....  (應該都要幾年後 >.<)
每日起身都好想 sick leave  然後過自己喜歡的一日  
唉....
今個 X'mas 我應該都要 A + Night 中同 d 病人一齊渡過 

好累     
返完一個 P A Night      做 runner 一個 Night certify 左四件
聞所未聞   聽所未見
連同事做左十幾年都無試過咁 lum 檔
Post op、admission 仲有 certify     哈  淨個 EOT 就樣樣齊   
一個 Night 更    死亡牌子成檯係...    可能 d 牛頭馬面唔想行幾轉   一次過帶走哂
大 A 、dopamine 都唔知用左幾多    

Night  之前發夢 patient  K 低同人對 K
Night  之後發夢被 patient 追殺 
 完全訓唔到 

 P、A、 Night 每日返 shift 返到好似無哂家庭  無哂朋友  拍拖都無咩時間
放假時  大家唔放假   weekend 時  我就 P A N
有時候真係好想衝出醫院   去返 9-5 又或者唔洗 night 放 weekend 既工
但   又唔想自己無 experience   一畢業無衝風陷陣過又一世
而且有時候   忙得黎  幾有挑戰性   幫到人既感覺又幾滿足  
結果    永遠都咁矛盾    長命做   長命學
或者唔諗咁多     做多幾年先    將來先考慮去 non acute 既地方休養休養

I miss school life.

Within 45 mins.
Fluid resuscitation, urgent ultrasound, foley insertion....etc. investigation done
I continuously urge myself don't be clumsy
Crazy!!!   3 things did at the same time!!
When i was performing the foley insertion, one doctor is setting the drip site and the other is explaining the consent. 
I can't believe all the things can be finished within 45 mins until the patient was taken to OT under escort. 
The first time to escort with 4 MO together and run along the corridor

Even after work, I can't help thinking... did i finish all my work? did i left something that need my collegues to help me to trace?
Keep thinking. It's hard to sleep.
