so...yeah, i forgot about xanga. oops...sorrie...just been too busy! neway, this semester is hectic b/c i'm takin' 18 hrs!!!! otherwise, everything is just dandy! umm...life w/ the new hun has been fun. (hey! that rhymed!!!) ok..i'm dumb. gotta get back to studying now. just wanted to say HI! kk, bye!

OMG! I've been soooo busy! but the good thing is i've been having fun!! this week my job took me on a "geological fieldtrip" and went traveling around some places in AK! still wanna say LIFE IS GOOD! and everything is just dandy...

oh yea...i went fishing! i went halibut fishing and red salmon fishing...i caught a perty big halibut!! it was fun! kk...ttyl...buhbye!

OK...so here's how i spent my night...i was at a drilling rig all night. i arrived at 10 pm and stayed till 7 am to see a completion of a well. it was perty neat stuff...but i was wired! i'm going back tonight...let's see how it goes!

I'M COMING HOME THIS WEEKEND TO VISIT!!!!!

heeellllooooo everyone!

today was my first day at work...and boi was it a good one! i was a lil nervous of course, but that quickly died down as soon as i started meeting ppl! my mentor, denise, picked me up since i didn't have my company vehicle yet....we stopped by to pick up some coffee....then got to work to immediately drop my things off in my office and get to a meeting. the monday morning meeting was a great opportunity to meet people and get familiar with faces....was busy all day settin up my new laptop, doing safety training, job orientation stuff....blah, blah, blah...before you knew it ...it was lunch time. my mentor and another engineer took me out to lunch at the "sockeye". i had a halibut (fish) wrap...perty good stuff! then got back to work to meet with my boss to get the summer plans together. I'M COMING TO HOUSTON TWICE THIS SUMMER!!! wooohooo! never thought i'd be so excited to say that!!! neway...hafta make a few business trips. boss gave me some assignments/projects for the summer...i'm extremely excited! finished up some stuff at the office...then it was time to go....went home for a half hour then left to have lunch with my boss and a few co-workers....that was fun too! had halibut with scallops and shrimp in a garlic and swiss sauce...it was good eatin'! then i got home and i'm tired...

Cool stuff: i got a new ford explorer as my summer car and I HAVE BUSINESS CARDS! k...hope to update soon...take care!
