27th & 28th September 2008 and it rocked Mid Valley! I was there early on the first day and found MV very deserted. My bro and I ate MCD for breakfast before heading to the MVEC upstairs. We still see many people and we wonder what are they doing there so early since all the shops aren't even open yet...

            
After registering the booth, I got to work, putting all the stuffs in place. Bro helped out too and was quick to snoop around the other booths to see what they have to offer. I was waiting for people to come in when I saw a familiar face at the figurines section. Haha^^ It was Shizuka-san, one of my SAC member and she is darn early! In fact, a few more others came and go after purchasing something from my booth. That includes; Chooi Yee (VP2), Kar Yee (Secretary), Yumi (IBT), koala-chin, hi5, Eric, Charlene, Adrian Tok, Cheng Cheng, and many more whose names escape my mind at the moment. Thx to them for keeping me company for both the days!

           

From the total of ten booths, I knew two of them from past events. My neighbour boothkeeper has great skill, I must say. He can stand not having to go for toilet breaks nor stop awhile for food, for almost 9 hours. That's super cool at the same time super scary. I offered to help but he kept saying that his friends will be coming. But I never saw them... O well, made a lot of new friends. Photographers, cg-pros, otakus, wannabes, cosplayers, and heck! nice people~!

         

To those who missed the event, this is a great lost for you. Unlike the other event, this one gave out free panda hammer balloons! Kawaii sia!! All you have to do is to collect this card and make rounds by playing six short games to earn six stamps. Then you take the card to redeem the panda. My bro was quick to be first at it and played twice to get one for me too! Kya~! Manzoku! In the bag, there's also a notebook and couple of online games. Worth the time there yo!
