| 2 more weeks... finishing up at Thomas place. finally. get outta there and never goin back! still need to prep more. should be good by the time i ship. i hope. good passage. as are all psalms.
Psalm 18: 1-6 I will love thee, O LORD, my strength.The
LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my
strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my
salvation, and my high tower. I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies. The sorrows of death compassed me, and the floods of ungodly men made me afraid. The sorrows of hell compassed me about: the snares of death prevented me. In
my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried unto my God: he heard my
voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, even into his
ears.

| so, somebody from DC keeps looking at my page. interesting. so, im enjoying being at home right now... kind of. i just slept in today, and sat in my room doing NOTHING productive. it was awesome. only because i had been working and doing lots of stuff preparing to leave, and now... i have another 5 weeks. from today. so, more time to prepare, and to work on some things here the house. and to go back and finish up at Thomas's. i know that the only reason i am here right now is because God wants me to be. if i didnt know that, i would be ticked! so, i hope and pray that the next 5 weeks are a great growing experience for me, and that i have an open heart. and that i can prepare 100 percent for what lays ahead. i am almost thinking i wish i could have stayed in school. awesome passage, pastor preached out of it sunday.
Psalm 46 1God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. 2Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; 3Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah. 4There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High. 5God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early. 6The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted. 7The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. 8Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth. 9He
maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow,
and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire. 10Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. 11The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
