Now that everyone is starting to settle back in from ringing in the new year, we feel it appropriate to post a bit of information regarding the post that Mark made just recently.
We are doing this to bring truth to his comments. These truths can be verified by those who were actually in the SICU waiting room. On 8-10-05, the second big question of the day was- " Where's Mark?" This question was asked by all of Zachariah's friends who were there that day and the many days after.
The only contact we had from Mark or his parents was a phone number on a message slip that was hand delivered to me, Zachariah's Father, approximately 12:30 pm Friday 8-12-05. At no other time was any attempt to contact us ever made by Mark or his parents. Again, this can be verified by the number of friends, teachers, and family members who were in the SICU waiting room. Over the course of Zachariah's stay there were 110 individual people who visited. Most who visited, did so more than once. Kyle himself visited nearly everyday, sometimes more than once. But alas, no Mark. We did not refuse any visit from Mark because there was no such attempt.
Now to address the so-called non-existent claw marks and dent, etc... When we meet with the detectives, we will have some of Zachariah's friends there with us. Mark makes a statement about trying to meet with us through the police. Call the police station Number 268-4150, ask for Detective Gold or the Supervisor and ask them about any such meeting " Between the two houses " for we have been privy to no such information. And here is an invitation for any one who has any doubt. All our information- The EMS report, police report, pics of injuries ( for those who did not see firsthand in the hospital ), Taped interview with Detective Gold, and more has been made available to all Zachariah's friends. They have seen the truth in it all.
Now to address the slander, libel, and defamation that has been going on at Zachariah's expense. One would have to ask of Mark's dad why he felt it necessary to carry on in such a manner at work when he has never met Zachariah.
" The Blame Game "- Is a matter of responsibility but here is a clue. Mark's Insurance company is apparently paying thousands of dollars toward Zachariah's medical expenses which, as most would know, is something that doesn't happen especially since we have yet to file a claim. They are constantly contacting me in regards to this matter which is a reversal of the original thought the claims adjustor had back in October.
The disimformation regarding the claw marks lies in the photographs taken of Mark's car at the scene.
The " foot in the Stirrup " thing will be addressed soon enough. So let's not try to twist it too much, Eh! Mark.
The rest will be dealt with in the near future as well. I would just like to say another thank you to all Zachariah's friends who have given their love and support through this entire ordeal. |
