| Well my large audience... i want to address you three today. It is a sad day, I fear that this is my last "xanga" post. It's about time for it to be over.
It's been a good run, but the time for an ending is here.
I choose to end my career not with an original work of genius, but a spectacular work by a friend.
This is only a brief passage, if you would like to read the entire poem, feel free to ask me on here or IM me at -- " vivofidens " --
parting picture---

farewell everyone.
"Somewhere a father yells at his kids but all he wants is them to be more like him God-fearing Christians and good Americans He hates his life but hates theirs more But he thinks that's alright as long as he provides them a home
But winter came and it brought a change For the first time in my life I'm finally singing And for the first time in my life I'm grateful for the gray Because when emily speaks I'd swear everything turns to gold It may be getting colder but her smile keeps me warm
While she plays her piano like it was a religion When we keep each other awake much too late And it's then I can hear the music she plays As it escapes from her fingers and echos through my room
All my doubt that used to drown everything Is washed away by that pure melody It pours over me like a brilliant flood of light The kind that brings sailors back to shore The kind that lovers stare at the night sky and wish on The kind mothers tell their kids will keep away harm placing it gently next to their beds plugged into the wall The kind that burns in street lamps and reflects off the snow The kind that hides in forests where that no one will know And I swear you're the light that keeps me warm You're the first thing in my life that's I've ever been sure of When everything is uncertain you're the light that I'll follow Now for the first time in my life I'm signing along
I'm never felt closer to anything than... when you and I share the moonlight"

EDIT::: its FOUR OCLOCK AND ITS RAINING!!! the world isn't so bad after all. | | |
| Well it has been an enjoyable week so far. I am over being sore from the lake now, so that is a good thing. I still have a few blisters. The lake was a lot more fun than most might think it would be. It's a cool place. Oh man one day it was like storming, farely hard. The people had a deck in the back which overlooked the lake. I got to sit on the deck for an unknown amount of time watching the storm. It was like, i was thinking, that right then out of all the places in the world, I didn't want to be anywhere else. I wanted to be right there, watching creation play itself out, it was pretty cool. I will put up a picture later. Speaking of storms, it rained a lot today and I got to go play in the rain; if anyone still does that, call me and next time it rains, will get together and party.
My brother was home and don't we all know what that means.... several things. But we found these old tapes of what we watched when we were younger, like movies and stuff. My personal favorite is SAFETY FIRST... and the little red riding hound story. There was also JETSONS MEET THE FLINSTONES. Some one shout it... AWESOME...
what a good day in the light

| Brandon Harris, what a guy...

So the film- " The Da Vinci Code"... was pretty good I would have to say.
I also must say that I was impressed, not because of any major plot, or high action scenes, or twists, etc.... i was impressed that the movie makers were able to pull off a really good movie without any kind of sex or nude scene. These kinds of movies are hard to come by these days. Everyone is trying to spice up their movies with sex. This film had none and was fairly good; worth watching. It just shows that it can be done. It made me happy ( i flew that day)
To sounds of heav'nly harps she dies away, And melts in visions of eternal day.
