Everyone loves someone who wears their heart on their sleeve, these great extroverts...but in the end it isn't so great

hello

I came back to this thing for an evening. USC is amazing. I love it here even though I'm exhausted from filming and from writing papers and all of that fun work stuff. :)

a message

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?

You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.

It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

soooo I haven't updated here in a long time

yeah, I'm an lj nerd so that's why

anyways, I'm obsessed .. with life.. with film .. with krav .. with usc... with music ... with friends... etc etc etc

I might get to go to a shooting range with Gabbie and Jess and Lauren. I'm really excited. Yesterday, we learned how to defend against someone who has a gun to your back. It was like the best thing ever. Seriously. If anyone ever puts a gun to my back it's going to go like this: "oh please.. please.. don't hurt me .. I'm just a poor defenseless...." *turns and gives elbow to face* "DIE MOTHERFUCKER!"

so .. I'm a little violent ... but if you think about it ... a lot of self defense is really just a series of hugs .. .just with some elbows, knees, and of course straight punches in between.

I swear I'm girly. I wear makeup. I love dresses. I'm a girl. I like men/guys/boys. I hate it when the toilet seat is up. I'm a purse-shoe fiend. Giiiirrrrrlllll..
